Welcome to our beautiful beach front 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo located in the Carlos Pointe condo community. The property is located at the South-end of Fort Myers Beach. You are in walking distance of restaurants and shops. As you enter our condo, you are welcomed by our spacious great room layout with views of the Gulf of Mexico waters. You will enjoy our modern decor with beachy flare.



Our family room has a comfy leather sofa and love seat and flat screen TV with DVD player, dining area with seating for 4 and breakfast bar with seating for 2. Our kitchen has all the essentials of home including many small appliances. Throughout the condo there are many features including designer style cabinets, granite counter tops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout and back splash.



Our master bedroom has a king size bedroom with TV and private master bathroom with dual sinks with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 two twin beds and bathroom with walk-in shower. Other amenities to make your stay more comfortable include Free wifi, linens and towels, flat screen TV's in bedrooms with DVD players and beach chairs. Our property has a large lanai with outdoor seating, enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters and sandy beach from your private lanai.



Carlos Pointe community has a large heated pool with lounge chairs, a game room with a ping pong table and outdoor BBQ. There are many Fort Myers Beach amenities for your to do during your stay. You can walk to the beach, local restaurants and shops. There is also a trolley that will take you up and down the island if you want to explore the Time Square area, Lovers Key Beach and the Shellmound House.



This property is on keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time.



Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday during season (December to April), 7 night minimum. There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old
