The Space:

Estero Beach & Tennis Club Unit #203B is a 2nd floor (3rd story) beachfront condo with a perfect beach view. There is a king-size bed, walk-in shower, full kitchen and private balcony overlooking the beach. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The premises of Estero Beach and Tennis are wonderful. The landscaping on the grounds is very well maintained and lush. There are tennis courts, a BBQ area, outdoor seating, and many walking trails. The Gulf of Mexico and beach is at your doorstep!



Located in the much desired South-end of the island with just a short walk to local shopping and restaurants. Take the trolley to downtown Fort Myers Beach (the famous well known Pier and Town Square). * We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *



This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter) only with a one week minimum. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING
