The host was very communicative, before and during the stay, when we needed them. The place is new and very nicely done. We only had 6 adults and many more people could have comfortably stayed. The beach chairs, wagon, etc were very helpful The pool is nice and private and despite the cooler weather, it was warm. You look out the front of the house, over estero blvd to see two empty lots (so far) and the Gulf, so even though you are across the street from the bech, you have an unobstructed view. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful white sand beach, never crowded. Since there are miles of beach along the island, it isn't crowded in the area where the single family places are located. The price was very reasonable. If you can't stand traffic noise, that would be the only problem as the busy road is between you and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants with a mile or two and grocery stores, as well. We highly recommend this vacation home.
