The air conditioning in the lower level did not work for the first 24 hours. The pullout bed in the basement is very stained and thin. The responsiveness of this company was okay at the beginning but the last two days, they didn’t respond at all and you CAN NOT speak to a person. They DO NOT provide more toilet paper or paper towels than what is on the holders as starters. There were 6 of us and I had to go buy more. There were multiple light bulbs flickering. Overall, the maintenance of this place is minimal. Location was good. Beware this is a company and not owners.

My family and I had a great time at Casa Del Sol Breeze and made some lasting memories there. The location couldn't be any better and the accommodations were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and we made good use of the gas grill. Once we figured out how to turn on the master shower, it was awesome! Thanks for the hospitality.

Great time on Fort Myers Beach

Property and pool were perfect for our large family. House was beautiful. Plenty of room and accommodations. Just a short walk to the beach and Fort Myers Beach square.Highly recommend.

Beware

Upon check in we noticed a few issues right away such as missing remotes to tv’s, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the pool was dirty with rocks and sand in it, bugs, and trash. We couldn’t contact the host until the next day as it was “after hours” and not considered an emergency. Unfortunately the more we looked around, the more problems we noticed such as mold on the kitchen chairs and dirty linens on the pillows and beds. The last straw was having a roach drop on my hair from the ceiling. Tried calling management company numerous times. Very difficult to get a call back. Was promised someone would be out to fix the pool. No one ever came. So pool was unusable for the entire time. Cleaners were sent while we were out but nothing was cleaned but the floor. Management offered to refund our cleaning fee only. Absolutely horrible experience! We left early. Would not recommend.

This home was stunning from the time you pull up to the time you leave. Working with Kathy at Sun Vacation was a pleasure. She was so helpful. You won’t regret staying here. It’s been the nicest house we’ve stayed in down here. So sad to leave

Vacation with kids and grandkids

Had a great week visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel areas. The house was very nice—great area, clean and company easy to work with. Still sad to see the devastation from Ian; looks like a lot of places are being rebuilt but feel very sorry for the small business owners and the people that don’t have cash flow to rebuild, due to insurance claims that are being denied. Prayers to all that things will work out positively and that storm season will be mild

Great Place!

Casa Del Sol Breeze was the perfect place to stay in Ft Myers. Beach was a short walk, and having the beach wagon with a few chairs to take worked out perfectly. We were also pleased how close it was to Tmes Square and many places to have food, drinks, and live music. Ft Myers is doing a great job rebuilding and I can't wait to watch it continue.

The house was amazing! Everything we needed was there. Short drive for groceries and things to do. Even shorter walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a beach trip with a convenient wagon. Enjoyed our stay

Great house

Wonderful property and does not look like it was affected by the hurricane. We had a great stay for our family. Some more towels would have been nice due to the amount of people that can stay at the residence, and also there weren’t any garbage bags at the property. Overall, everything was clean and organized.

Perfect getaway

Very well designed and had everything we could think of for entertainment! My boys had the best time and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the pool! One minor maintenance item that was handled immediately without any hesitation. Beautiful home feeling while on vacation! We loved it and will definitely be back here.

Consider leaving more towels and washcloths for guests. We had 3 washcloths and 6 towels for a party of 8.

Very nice house and location

Beautiful home and very clean. Wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas were much appreciated. The ice maker was broken during our entire stay, but they did bring us some ice.
