This was a lovely place. We enjoyed everything about Seaside 405. The balcony, was incredible. Incredible views of dolphins, sunsets and more - we couldn't believe how close the water was and how close the dolphins played! The shower was amazing - hot, and great water pressure. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed, from beach gear (beach chairs, a lunch cooler, a sun tent), to shelling gear (water shoes, flashlights), to entertainment (coloring, games, puzzles). The dining room table was big enough for us to all be around at night. Fabulous place. We would have loved to have towel/bedding service since we were there for 2 weeks, but the laundry room on the first floor worked just fine. We loved being a part of the story of Fort Myers comeback after the hurricanes. The beach here does have some red (harmless) seaweed, but other than that, everything was perfect. Great place, great hosts. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back!

Beautiful view

My friends and I planned a long weekend away without husbands or children. This place was the perfect place for our vacation! We had coffee every morning while we enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. We loved lounging on the chairs in front of the beach. Beds were comfy and shops and restaurants are not far away. Todd was easy to reach and quick to respond to messages. We all agreed we would stay here again!

Beautiful Beach View

Property was right on the beach and perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and wonderful lanai. Our only issue was we had counted on the “trolley” to get around and it was basically useless at this time of year. We ended up spending a fortune to Lyft and Uber and then walking 2+ miles back to the condo each night. Not a lot within walking distance. If you plan to just spend time on the beach though, this is the perfect spot!

Right on the Beach!

We will be coming back! This condo has everything you need to fly in and drop your bags and go right into vacation mode. It’s spotless, the entire complex is as well. Todd the owner is by far the best host I have dealt with and I am a repeat Vrbo user. He was welcoming and there with quick responses to any questions. I am very picky about cleanliness and the accuracy of what’s listed on Vrbo for each property I have rented. This is everything and more. We had a great vacation and really enjoyed your condo. Thank you so much!

Awesome condo & location!

We just got back from spending a week at Todd’s condo and everything was perfect! Our group included myself, husband, our 2.5 year old son as well as my parents. We checked in and out after office hours and had no issues- very clear instructions. The condos location was perfect for our group. The unit itself as well as all the units in that building have ocean view with nice lanais to enjoy your morning coffee on or a mid afternoon nap. The unit was clean, updated and just enough room for a group of 4-5 people. The kitchen came well equipped with everything you need to cook meals there and Publix is directly across the street which is super convenient. The ocean and beach was really nice and the condo provides lounge chairs which is a huge plus. The pool is where we spent most of our time - it was amazing! Again, ample seating and had the perfect view of the ocean without all the sand. Todd was extremely responsive and responded almost immediately whenever I reached out. Highly recommend this VRBO + Todd as your host! You won’t be disappointed.

6th trip to fort Myers

We always go to the fort Myers Beach area for a vacation. This rental was excellent for us with two bedrooms and two baths and a beautiful one eye and also provided us with all the items we needed for the beach. And of course the Publix across the street it comes in very handy. This unit provides all the basics that you need for an excellent vacation in the fort Myers Beach area

Family get away

Had a wonderful stay. Location couldn’t be better! Beds were very comfortable. The reasons I’m giving 4stars instead of 5 are because our toaster didn’t work, bathrooms need some upgrade (no water pressure) and we were never able to use trolly. It never showed up at designated times. Over all, everything was wonderful! Would love to come back again.

Great condo!

Loved how updated and modern it was. The water pressure wasn’t very good. Couldn’t figure out how to use shower in the bathroom with the tub. Loved the location and having a pool. Publix across the street was convenient. Overall loved the stay and the ocean view from the balcony!

Wonderful vacation

The condo was wonderful. Property was beautiful and convenient for all of our activities. We attended our grandson’s wedding on sanibel island and then just enjoyed the beach and pool the rest of the week.

Great Place!!

Everything was perfect. The location was perfect and very close to night life events. The place was clean and had everything needed to a beautiful stay. Even they have beach chairs and plenty of cookware with a Publix supermarket across the street. I highly recommend this location and a perfect definition of a Super Host!!

Peaceful paradise

What a great place to relax and spend some great quality time with your family! Right from the get go the host Todd was very quick to respond and gave a lot of great ideas for restaurants, rentals, entertainment and transportation! The beach house was clean and beautiful! The screened in porch was a huge plus for us! Also the short walk to the beach was very convenient with kids and grandparents! Overall was like a paradise and can’t wait to go back next year! Thank you for sharing this peaceful condo with us! See you soon!

Wonderful! Can’t wait to stay again!

This property was perfect! The pool and beach were so close (to the unit and each other) and our four kids could easily go back and forth between the two. Everything was super clean when we arrived and we never had any issues while we were staying. Loved that the grocery store was right across the street. Way less people and traffic than down at the north end of the island, but still lots of places to eat and shop. Highly recommend!

Our Favorite Beach Vacation

We have been coming to Seaside with the kids for years. You can’t beat the location —right on the beach and groceries directly across the street. We park our car and never leave the entire week! The teens love it as much as we do. Thank you for sharing your very nice, updated unit. We will be back! We have not even flown home yet and are looking to book our next stay.

What a view

The only reason I didnt give the property 5 for Location was it was pretty rough getting on and off the island. Far enough away from times square and the Spring break craziness and so peaceful and quiet at this location. Owner and manager were very easy to work with any issue resolved quickly Would love to stay there again 3 weeks didn't seem long enough.
