The house and pool were amazing! We really enjoyed our time there. Checking in to the house was a nightmare and communication was very bad.

This property was very nice and a great location. Everything worked properly except for the pool slide pump, which was no issue as we just wetted the slide for the kids. The rooms and bedding were great, and the open air lower level kitchen was fantastic. The pool, hottub and adjacent docks were so fun and easy to operate. This property is less than 10 minutes from the Fort Meyers Times Square beach. Wonderful place.

The host was very responsive. We had a mechanical problem with the hot tub and they were helpful as we got it resolved. Very nice place.

Great location and house

House was clean and spacious. We had 8 plus an infant and had plenty of space. The pool was beautiful and nice to be right on the water. Very close to the beach and town. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the pool, however, the hot tub wasn’t working correctly. When we turned on “spa” it ended up draining water from hot tub to pool.Water pressure in the bathrooms was pretty weak.

House was very modern and beautiful. Pool area and pool was great. Easy to commute with them and would recommend to any family that would love to have a wonderful place to make memories.

Family reunion fun

We planned a family reunion for our father's 70th birthday and could not be happier with our decision to stay at this house. It was clean, beautiful and perfectly met everyones needs.

The place was great. Property management responded to any questions we had. We loved the location. The pool was great. Fishing was fun. Watch out for the no se'ems bugs. They are brutal. We cant wait to go back. Love the house set up..

Great Stay

Our stay here was great! We were in town for a baseball tournament. The kids loved swimming in the pool after their hot games. They fished off the docks. The beach was close, 6 to 8 minutes away. The house pictures are exactly as is. Plenty of space for 4 families. Two separate kitchens and living areas. All in all it was a wonderful stay!!! We strongly recommend. 10 outta 10!!!

The rental was nearly perfect everything was as advertised the pictures do not really do it justice. My grandchildren tried to wear the pool out! It was just wonderful and I hope that we can return again.

Fun for a large group

Plenty of bedrooms and a great patio with pool. We loved the open bar area and solely used the downstairs kitchen and ate outside each meal. The kids loved the pool and fishing off the docks. The garage was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for our use at the beaches. The location was nice, being a short drive over the bridge to FM beach (maybe 5 miles). There were a few things that could use some attention. The upstairs kitchen faucet seemed to be broken, along with the microwave. The kitchen(s) could be stocked a little better. Overall, our large family enjoyed our stay and had a great visit to SWF.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the house for a trip with 3 other couples. It was the perfect setup for 8 people. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The two living rooms and two kitchens were great. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. Loved the setup...hot tub, open counter to kitchen, plenty of tables and chairs and a grill. The house was very clean and the location was close to stores and restaurants.

Rental Fort Myer

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is very good and we have enough space for 3 families. We spend a very good time inside. The pool is hudge and we could be inside all together. The water was warm and Jacuzy very good. The barbecue is eprfect. We just have a small issue with the gas bottle empty replaced quickly. The location is very good to go to the beach and with the canal view.

House worked for us but pool never did

We had 9 people; they all fit easily, beds, bathroom, location fine. But pool and spa never worked. First time I asked they sent me an 82 page manual. There was basically no help. Pool guy came on regular visit and turned it all off!
