We had the best vacation at Villa Good Vibes. The location is amazing. The canal is beautiful and we saw dolphins multiple times. The dogs across the water would bark when they were around. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect Spot

One of my family’s top 3 vacation spots and that’s saying a lot.. Communication with property management was excellent Cassandra and Mel were absolutely the best hosts. Property location and cleanliness were top notch 3-4 minutes from beach and restaurants.

Worth every penny!

We absolutely loved this house! It was in the perfect location, right on the canal and close to the beaches, bait shops, restaurants, etc. We were able to fish/set crab traps in the canal and saw dolphins everyday! The heated pool was perfect for our kids to burn off energy while we relaxed on the patio furniture. The neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe! The large beautiful island was perfect for our large family. The management company was very responsive and accommodated a late check out for us. Easily our new favorite spot to rent :)

A great location for sure

This house is all new due to the rebuild after a hurricane two years ago. The dock is nice but has no lower dock that would enable kayak or jet ski use. The pool is very nice and enclosed by a screen house with a large deck. I loved the sandy spot with Adirondack chairs out by the canal- dolphins swam by daily right next to the shore. Finishes in the house are very nice and the floor plan and furniture are high quality. I reported issues with the dishwasher installation- it works but tilts forward and has issue with the lower rack- and the master shower- it’s huge and very cool but if you use the shower head on the inside wall it makes a banging sound in the living room, weird- but they were very responsive so these issues will be fixed I’m sure. The location is minutes and an easy drive from ft meyers beach and I really liked that. Overall the house was great, the location very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property for the family

Our family enjoyed our stay here while playing baseball. Very clean and relaxing property. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the canal, the pool, and even our little beach. Property had everything we needed. Would use this property again.

Fantastic property

Amazing house! It accommodated our family perfectly! Loved the decor! The pool was awesome! My boys loved the dock and private beach. Caught lots of fish. We will definitely be back!

Generally pretty good place in a pretty convenient location. The whole Fort Meyer area was pretty devastated by the hurricane a couple yrs ago. Still mostly vacant lots & destroyed buildings. The house is next door to a major construction project & several others in the immediate area. The pool & sandy area by the canal were big hits with the kids. We had maintenance issues with outside chairs, toilets & the dishwasher. It would be great if the place had a beach umbrella & a couple beach chairs & a couple beach towels

Cutlass Drive

Property is very nice however it should have been indicated in the listing that a home is being built right next door! Waking up to hammering at 7:30am, not pleasant. The house needs a lot of fixing to be just perfect! 2 of the 3 toilets do not flush, the 4 chairs on the little beach area are all broken (my husband fell right back and hit his head on the tree), the 6 bar chairs all of the backs are very loose. No toilet paper no paper towel no cleaning supplies. However, the property manager Monica was absolutely fabulous!! If everything gets fixed and the house next door is done it will be a beautiful property

Family sunshine!!

We had a great stay. The only downside was the construction occurring directly next door. There was noise all day, almost everyday. However, the reconstruction was the result of Hurricane Ian. It needs to happen. I just wish we had been told about it before our arrival. I work in construction so I’m accustomed to the noise. If this would bother you, I’d ask before booking it. One other thing, there is a pontoon on the lift that people walked through the yard to use it. This occurred on several days. Otherwise, it was a great place!

Ft Myers Family Trip

Beautiful place with very open floor plan. The house was stocked with lots of towels, dishes and seating which was perfect for our larger family. Property manager was very communicative throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.!

Villa Good Vibes was an absolutely beautiful property! We loved the sand area in the backyard where we could sit and just enjoy the Florida sun, we even saw a dolphin and manatee!! We’ll definitely be back!

Our family had an amazing time. House is perfect, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths great for family. Plenty of room when friends who lived locally came by to visit. Screened pool, yard, boat dock...manatees, dolphins, on and on. Don't hesitate to book!

Everything you need for a perfect holiday

Excellent location, pool was at a great temperature. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything needed and we were thankful of the washing machine after 10 days on the road. Highly recommended.

Peaceful!

This home exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and had all the items we would need for a week stay. The pool area was nice and the little beach is the perfect place to watch the dolphins come by several times a day. The location is perfect - You're close enough to the beach, but far enough to enjoy the quiet if that's what you're looking for.

Very nice property-Very comfortable beds, cute decor and nice huge kitchen. Pool was very nice and the grandkids loved the sand area. Convenient to great restaurants and beaches. Pool had safety gate but alarms on doors did not work even when we changed the batteries. The seating in the living room was limited. We struggled all week with keeping the house cool.-we kept doors closed and shades drawn (esp since we are paying for electricity-my SIL states that it appear that the attic vents were painted over so airflow may not be circulating as it should). . A couple of the pans need to be replaced as the non stick is flaking off. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay!

We rented the property for spring break with our two kids 6 and 7. They loved the pool and nice there were toys for them to use which was nice. Layout very nice and as pictured with plenty of counter space and bedrooms are good size as pictured. Little Beach area was cute. Property overall in updated and good condition. Nice location near some activities for the kids and can get a decent walk in the neighborhood. Check and communication a bit clumsy (multiple people through multiple channels, redundant) and maintenance entered the facility when we were out with no advance notice. Unit on the low end of “stocked” compared to other places we have rented but perhaps because it’s managed vs someone’s home/vacation home (eg one single roll of TP in each bathroom) but perhaps this is consistent with this type of managed property. Overall recommend.

PERHAPS THE FACT THAT WE HAVE RESERVED IT AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR FOR SAME 4 WEEKS SAYS IT ALL! NEXT YEAR WE WILL HAVE A PONTOON BOAT FOR SURE FOR THE MONTH THOUGH!
