“Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. ”

“This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. “Apartment completely furnished. Everything you need to prepare your hearty breakfast. Cosy kingsize bed. Restaurants close by. 5 Min. walk to the beach. Very nice pool area although shade is spare. Description how to locate the appartment could have been more accurate. On the negative side: a few light bulbs not working and a stained linnen.”
