  • This condo has been totally and completely REMODELED. Everything is NEW. Pointe Santo is open for business. The POOL and SPA are open as are the beach access paths. All Photos are post Ian. Fabulous Penthouse end unit with over sized private roof deck gives you the most panoramic views of both the Gulf as well as the island of Sanibel! Because this is an end unit all the rooms in the Condo are light and bright with floor to ceiling windows. The master suite has an entire wall of glass that overlooks the courtyard and the Ocean! A screened Lanai offers a great place to enjoy sunsets and early morning coffee or a late night snack.

    Fully remodeled, professionally decorated and fully equipped all you'll need is your bathing suit. We supply beach towels and a well stocked closet with everything you'll need for the beach including beach chairs and beach umbrella as well beach toys for the little ones. Speaking of little ones, we also have available a pak n play and a high chair for your use. Condo features a spacious Master Suite, a second bedroom with a Queen bed and direct access to hall bath and a third cozy bedroom with bunk beds, full bed on the bottom and a twin bed up that is great for kids. The work station in the Living Area allows guests ample room to spread out and get work done if needed. Pointe Santo has recently upgraded the network for the complex and FREE high speed WiFi is included at no cost with our condo for those who must stay connected.

    Pointe Santo De Sanibel is one of the most sought after complexes on the island, built prior to the city enacting setback limits makes Pt. Santo literally as close to the Gulf as you can get on the island. In addition the amenities at Pt. Santo are top of the line and include: Heated pool, Hot tub, Clubhouse(with internet access, roof top deck and bathrooms), Children's activities, sign up on Mondays for weekly activities. The property was kept very clean and orderly. The condo had plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable. The view was the highlight of the location, simply amazing! The beach and pool were a very short walk from the room. We would definitely book this place again.

This place was wonderful. We had an amazing week here with our family and the location was perfect and the entire property was amazing. Not having to pack the car with our own beach towels and beach amenities was such a plus! We used the grills twice for cooking dinner and the other people staying at this place were all nice and everyone respected each other and their time there. We will definitely visit here again and highly recommend it if you are looking for a wonderful getaway for you and your family. Thank you for the stay and we are thankful for the memories that were made by all of our family.

All good! Great view of beach and lagoon. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. Also plenty poolside as well. Great gas grills under the bamboo huts. New Appliances and furnishings in top shape and comfortable. Plenty of thick beach towels and bath towels,etc, Would definitely stay here again!

The condo had a beautiful ocean view, nicely stocked kitchen, clean and very comfortable. Shirt walk to the beach. Good location to get to stores and restaurants. Shelling was amazing!

From the friendliness of the host to the ease of check in and out and the cleanliness of the room and the accommodations, this was definitely an incredible stay. The inside was the clean, upgraded and had everything we could want or need. I would highly recommend this gem and we will be staying again!

The condo was immaculate and great location to the beach. The beds were super comfy and we had plenty of room for 6 guests. We experienced no issues with appliances and had everything we needed for the beach.

This is our third stay with Evans and we’ve loved it each time. The proximity to the beach is unmatched and the unit has recently been upgraded. Evans is a great partner and we look forward to returning for another visit.

Beautiful roof top, corner room. Loved to overlook the island! Room was very well stocked for us! The second night we had a very strong windstorm come through. The rooftop dividers broke loose and created quite the noise. We called and it was addressed and fixed! Thank you for helping make our stay so memorable! We will be back for a 3rd time!

Great condo

Pointe Santos was just what we wanted and needed. Our rental was as described and the cleaning crew and property manager were very responsive. We liked that we had chairs and beach equipment available to us. The Beach towels in the room was a plus as we flew.

The property felt brand new. It was impeccably clean. When we had a small issue with a window, the owner took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Shelling & Baseball

Property was great. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Evans was a great host,. Shelling was phenomenal. Traffic was bad at certain times so we had to adjust a little but that is location specific. We had a wonderful time and the property was great.

This was a wonderful property with fantastic views of the Gulf. We felt like we were in our own little paradise for the week. Thank you so much for sharing your condo! The grounds are immaculate and the condo had everything we needed. Definitely hope to return in the near future!
