'BEST BUY' Affordable & Beautiful Waterfront Condo w/Sunbathing Deck

  • Disfrutar de la comodidad de esta hermosa frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Nuestra unidad (planta baja) se encuentra en uno de los canales más grandes en Cape Coral y tiene todas las comodidades para disfrutar de unas vacaciones maravillosas. La unidad tiene un lanai proyectó en la sala de estar donde se puede sentar y ver los barcos pasar o simplemente disfrutar de las hermosas brisas que soplan en las palmas. A las afueras de una gran cubierta con una cabaña tiki para su relajación y tomar el sol. Se puede pescar fuera de esta cubierta o una de cuatro muelles del barco para su uso. La piscina climatizada se encuentra justo por encima de la cubierta que se comparte con sólo 7 otras unidades.

Property is well equipped and in a beautiful location. The lanai and condo deck are great places to spend time relaxing. Pool was warm and clean. The canal is beautiful.With a little sprucing up this place is a solid five star stay. Communication with the owner was top notch.

Everything was wonderful, everything you might need, it was there. BUT, for us the mattresses were not working. Peter too long for twin beds, and i woke with a bad back. Mike, the mgr, was jusr great, location close to everything we wanted, neighbods friendly.

Nice & Quiet

We had a great time, stayed a week and went to Ft. Meyer Beach, Sanibel Island, pine Island. Nice place Jeff has, had everything we needed.

Several trips to Cape Coral this year, and thus property was very convenient and had everything needed. Property very clean and well stocked with necessities. I will definitely stay here again.

Super-nice condo in quiet neighborhood

Spent three weeks in Florida - of which the 10 nights in this condo by far was the most relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable period.Sitting right at one of the canals, the condo offers a great view of boating traffic etc. The condo has all the amenities one could ask for (and more), so we were extremely happy throughout our stay.The big pool next to the condo was a huge plus, where the whole family spent many hours.We would love to come back again!

Great Stay

Easy to reach the owner and to have access to the condo. People staying at the condo were very pleasant and fun. Condo is very spacious and clean. It was great to have access to pool things and chairs to bring to the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! 5 Stars!! The home is very clean and comfortable, with big rooms and a great living room to lounge around in. The host provided plenty of items that make visits to the beach more enjoyable, like chairs and boogie boards - and the local beaches were amazing! The supermarkets are close by and the kitchen space was great for making breakfast every morning. The area is quiet - we highly recommend some time sitting on the back porch for the view late in the day; very relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent Condo

This is a very nice condo in a excellent location. We were able to fish off of docks. Close to everything. Only thing that I would recommend to the owner, the beach chairs should be updated. It was everything advertised and more. We would recommend and would stay again
