Fantástica ubicación justo en el lago, con piscina y solárium en el lado oeste

La casa LAKEVIEW PARADISE deja poco que desear, se encuentra en una ubicación fantástica con vistas a uno de los tres lagos, se puede ver desde la piscina y la terraza de la naturaleza (Vogel ECTR.). También puestas de sol únicas que uno de la zona de la piscina y el patio cubierto,
podrán disfrutar con una bebida fría. No debe pasarse por alto también el gran parrilla de barbacoa de gas para los suculentos bistecs, gran mesa con 6 - 8 sillas, tumbonas y sombrillas.
Internet Wi-Fi, así como TV y reproductor de Blueray DVD en la sala de estar y de televisión en el dormitorio principal.
Cocina totalmente equipada y tiene capacidad para 8 personas.
Dormitorio principal con cama king size, segundo y tercer dormitorio con cama queen size y cuarto cuatro con dos camas individuales, dos baños, principal con lavabo doble, baño, cabina de ducha separada y WC separado, segundo baño con lavabo, combinación de ducha de bañera y WC.

Wonderful!

This house was amazing! We are a family of five with 3 young boys. The house had everything to keep everyone happy! It was well stocked with beach items, pool items, kitchen supplies, laundry, linens and towels, and plenty of space. We loved the lock system on the slider door. It gave us peace of mind with accessing the pool for our young kids. Working with Karl was successful and everything went well! It’s a prime location near a Target and Publix. It is a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and beautiful home

This property was super nice and had everything we wanted and more! Loved the gated community, pool and hot tub, as well as the vaulted ceilings and large rooms. We also appreciated how close it was to everywhere we needed to go. It was just unfortunate that we came for the coldest and rainiest week in 10 years, but at least we avoided the deep freeze back home.

Wonderful family home

Well appointed with four good size bedrooms. We love the location in a well kept gated community, beautiful view of the lake, serene, quiet, yet close to Target, Publix, Planet Fitness. 10 minutes from Shell Point retirement community and 20 from Fort Myers proper. Everything very high quality, such as sheets, towels, appliances. Look forward to our next stay here.

Great house near the beach with heated pool and hot tub

Thank you for having us at the house. We had a wonderful time. The house, the location, hot tub, and the pool temp was a perfect 82 all week! We will definitely come stay again in the future.

Perfect vacation home!

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the beautiful pool and the pristine condition of the property. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations - from the well-stocked kitchen to the abundance of towels and linens. The proximity to beaches and shopping made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. We had fun biking around the neighborhood, taking in the stunning scenery and enjoying the fresh air. The foosball table provided fun for the whole family! Overall, our experience was nothing short of five stars, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation!

The location was perfect for us. Close to my sisters house. The pool was awesome! Heated which is a must for us. Had full sun all day. We love the easy access to everything! The house was very nice and plenty of space for a larger family. We booked our stay for 2024 already! We would stay for 2 weeks if there was an opening. Karl was great he responded very quickly when I had a few questions.

The house is very nice and in a great location . The property manager is very hands on and is great to work with. The only issue we had was a bad smell in the master bedroom closet. He was there looking for the source of the smell three times and in communication with the owner trying to eliminate the odor. We plan to return for three weeks again next year .

Very nice house and neighborhood.

The house was very clean and had well equipped bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It was located in a gated community, so we felt safe. We can't comment on the pool because FL weather was cooler, but it looked very nice.

Wonderful home with pool and great lake view

We really enjoyed staying in this home! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I rent homes instead of staying in hotels because I need to cook my own meals. This kitchen was perfect - Lots of space, nice appliances, and had everything I needed to cook, serve and store food. The pool and back patio were a perfect size for us. The lounge chairs and outdoor table were comfortable and newer. Inside, the bedrooms were comfortable and clean with appealing furniture. The bathrooms were updated and clean with many towels. It was a beautiful home overall. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the area was - the houses were close together but I hardly heard anyone. Thanks to the owner for accommodating the extra nights for us to stay - much appreciated!

Nice family home with pool

We really loved the pool, pond view and outdoor dining table. We had access to all things we could need to make our stay comfortable, kitchen equipment, plenty of towels, and soft linens. The kids enjoyed the fusbol table, lots of puzzles, pool toys, and having bikes available was an added bonus!

Everything advertised correctly. Pool was nice and warm. Great area, close to restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good place to stay. House was really nicely layer out and neighborhood was very nice. Ron March 2023.

Wonderful vacation home!

This home had it all. It was well decorated and looks loaded with amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, utensils, cookware and space anyone would need to prepare meals for extra friends. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of bedding available. There were a lot of bath towels and beach towels in the home. There were several options for beach chairs, umbrellas and accessories. The lanai and pool area were just what we wanted. We used the outdoor area often. Best of all, the property manager and owner were outstanding to work with.

Lovely, well equipped, property in a fab location.

What a fabulous place, within a short drive to the beaches. Throughout the booking process and during our stay, our host (Karl) has been excellent. We cannot thank him enough for his services and communication. The booking was easy to make via Vrbo. Karl's communication about how to find the house and how to gain entry was clear and timely. The house is well equipped from kitchen utensils to plenty of towels. As for the beach stuff...there's plenty eg. 4 x chairs, 2 x umbrellas, 1 x cool box etc. The house is in a quiet estate with no noise or disturbance from anyone. Within a few minutes drive you have access to plenty of gas stations with mini marts and big shops like Target. The layout of the house is great too. Three rooms with double beds and one with twin. No complaints there from any of the family. A lovely pool and outside area...it's even better than the pictures! It also has a large bbq...however, there was next to no gas for us and my confidence in buying a replacement bottle and reinstalling it was not great so we skipped this treat. Overall...we highly recommend this property.

Paradise

The lovely house is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The kitchen had every tool and amenity I needed to prepare meals and desserts. One of our favorite activities was sipping coffee on the lanai in the morning before the pool pump came on. As the sun rose higher in the sky, the two patio umbrellas provided plenty of shade while lounging on the pool chairs. We also enjoyed our morning walks through the beautiful gated community. Karl was very responsive to the few issues we had at the beginning of our stay. I had a few things to get used to at the house, which were no fault of the property manager. One was already mentioned. The pool pump is close to the dining area on the lanai, so it’s volume was a bit loud. Full disclosure, I have never owned a pool, so perhaps that is normal. The other adjustment was privacy in the master bathroom. The bathing area and sinks are open to the bedroom. Only the toilet area is private. The housekeepers were very thorough in cleaning all the hard surfaces like bathrooms, kitchen, tabletops, and inside the refrigerator. The towels were plentiful, but you should consider bringing wash cloths, as there were a total of four in the house. I highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate coming back. Thanks Karl!

Beautiful get away

Our family of 6 just returned from this beautiful home! It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Nice gated community only a few miles from Fort Myers Beach. We enjoyed the swimming pool every morning! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
