Overall this is a nice place. Good location. Not far from shopping and the beach. Beds aren’t the greatest. Not all of the appliances work. Had some ants. Pool was challenging to figure out and not the most clean.

Clean and great central location

The house was very clean. The kids loved the pool, games in the garage, and outside sandy area with hammocks. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed staying in this nice, modern and clean home. My kids enjoyed swimming in the nice heated pool and enjoyed playing pool and my youngest enjoyed playing in the sandy beach little oasis on side of house. Questions were always answered immediately. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Perfect Getaway

This house was great. Spacious and comfortable. Had everything you needed. Pool was amazing, stood there most of the time. Living room area was relaxing, everyone can lay down and watch movies or whatever. Had a great time.

Beautiful Home

Great property for families/reunions. Lots of amenities/games along with pool and spa. Calls made to manager with questions were immediately returned and resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

Place was as described and in a nice location. Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool never heated up and the hot tub got way too hot to even sit in. The game tables where a great feature for the rainy days we had.

Clean and relaxing

Property was very nice, very clean. Pool was nice well maintained. Could use newer pillows, towels and washclothes. Also the couch needs to be replaced it is falling apart and was repaired with ply wood. Over all a nice vacation home.

Perfect for families of teens

Pool was amazing, pool table, ping pong and others were such a great fit for our teens. Loved that there were beach chairs and umbrella to use. Plenty of cookware and dishes. Laundry machines are super fast and convenient. We had a great stay!!

Very nice vacation spot

We really enjoyed our week here. The kids enjoyed the pool and we spent a lot of good quality family time here. The pool and hot tub are nice but only one may heat at a time I have read some reviews that say the pool was hard to heat also it only gets to 88 Bec it's how it is. That's plenty warm enough to swim in . Any issues I had were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I really enjoyed the hammock!!

When good is good and Bad is bad

House was clean and exactly what it said it was very nice. Washer/dryer so loud you couldn’t run it when you were home. Stove shut off half way through breakfast. Dishwasher only cleaned if dishes were already clean. Shower in bedroom leaked all over the floor. Bench to the kitchen table was a board. Josie hold that many people you should have 2 ovens. Pool was green 4days into our stay and stayed the way until the end. Shower in master could have used either more shower heads or a larger one.

Family vacation/3 generations/FL & SD

The Dolphins home was perfect for our family time together. Our son stationed in the Air Force in SD was here with his family for a long weekend. Age ranges were 64 down to 18 months…7 total. The home and amenities were as pictured. So much for our family to do right there! The covered outdoor area by the pool was great. The pool was awesome. The side area with the sandy beach appointed with swaying hammocks between the beautiful coconut palms were perfect for relaxing in between challenges at the outdoor ping pong table. The garage offered great games of billiards and foosball. And there were plenty of beach items to make our trip to the actual beach in Fort Myers complete. This is a definite recommend for a family getaway 👍.

Where fun and relaxation meet

Dolphin Villa was just what we were looking for! Everything you need and more is included in this property. The pool and hot tub were amazing and equipped with lounge floats and arm floaties for the little swimmers. The pool control for heat, bubbles and lighting was a bit confusing but the property had the control replaced with a brand new wireless control that appeared to be much easier to operate. It was switched out on our check out day so unfortunately we didn’t get to test it out. The hammocks were so relaxing and my son had a ball playing in the sand (sand toys included), soccer in the yard and more table games in the garage. The surround sound stereo inside and out really set the vacation vibe. Only drawbacks; grill ran out of propane in the middle of cooking dinner and there was no spare refill on the property. The dishwasher soap cover was broken so it wouldn’t hold the soap in to close the dishwasher. And the pans provided for the cooktop stove appeared to leave quite a stain after using which was quite worrisome as a renter. Overall I would highly recommend this property for your next low key family vacation and would definitely stay again!!

Family Trip

There are some things shown in the pictures that are not accurate. The small room off the kitchen, the fan is a very small desk fan and the TV is very very high. The shower is that room gets the floor wet so it is not really user friendly. The bedding needs some upgrades. There is no light in the living room over the couch and we could never figure out how to turn the lights in the bookcase on. They did install a child gate all around the pool for anyone with small kids, The house pretty much has everything you need but id suggest if you are staying for a week, bring extra TP and trash bags with you. They provide about 6-7 beach towels which is nice and they have a washer and dryer. The covered patio is perfect for playing games, cooking, watching TV and staying dry if it rains. The out door area didn't have a umbrella for the picnic table so it got very hot, we use one from the pool but had to get creative to make sure it stayed up bc the pin was missing. The out door beach area is beautiful to look at. There was only 1 hammock and it should be clean and or replaced. There was no dartboard. The sand, well that seems to be a place were 2-3 area cats "hangout" so ill just be carful if you plan to play in the sand. Overall I think it is a great house they just need to pay attention to small details, maybe review the pictures they posted, and address the beach area.

LOVED This House!

We loved this place for our family of five! Our kids (ages 10, 8, and 6) had a fantastic time in the heated pool and hot tub! The house had pretty much everything you might need to entertain children---pool toys, ping pong table, pool table, foosball, beach gear, tvs everywhere--even puzzles! We enjoyed the ample space and awesome kitchen. Definitely recommend this place for a family!

Frustrating!

Our vacation started with a broken toilet, broken outside shower and a cold pool and hot tub. The toilet was promptly fixed the next morning but the pool and hot tub were not fixed until the following Tuesday, six days and 5 nights later! The outdoor shower was never fixed. The manager of the property responded immediately but his boss, the one to make the decisions, never called us back. We called at least 5 times. The toilet once again broke, still leaking. The house is nice but the neighborhood is slightly worn, dogs barking and rough neighbors screaming at each other, profanity included, for an hour. The Cape Coral beach is about 15 minutes and Fort Meyers is about an hour bc of traffic. I understand that anything can break, but to not have the hot tub ready for us when we arrive and then to not respond after so many days is frustrating. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the sun was allowed to warm the pool but there was constant cold water pouring in. We are still waiting for a call

Excellent Family Stay!

Enjoyed the outdoor space despite the cooler January weather. We had difficulty keeping the pool/spa warm and navigating the controls. The controls were remedied quickly by a visit from the property manager. Thank you! The outdoor yard space would be fantastic to use with better weather. Great family stay.

Great getaway vacation

Just what I needed for a nice relaxing do nothing kind of vacation. Enjoyed spending time with friends and just relaxed the whole week. Couldn’t be any better.

Great Place with an Amazing Pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, our kids love the pool and the hot tub - especially the lights. They also love that they were able to share a room together because of the two twin beds and our oldest loved the surfboard room. As parents we really loved the upgrades of the property especially the memory foam beds. We will definitely rent this place again in the future.

Great place to stay with kids

We loved all that this property had to offer. The kids enjoyed the hammocks, sand, pool, and garage games. The kitchen had all things you could need. They had like 3-4 different coffee makers. I was surprised! The only downfall was the property manger communication. She sent an email welcoming us and gave us her contact information should we need it. After checking in the kids immediately wanted to go swimming. The hot tub was green. That is the place the adults wanted to be. I called and left the property manager a message letting her know, hoping she would get back to me the next day. By the end of the next day I still did not get a call back. I then tried to reach out through email. I sent her pictures as well. Again, no response. It just so happened that after a couple of days a pool company stopped by on their regular routine to monitor the pool. We were told it needed lots of chemicals and could not use the pool for a while. She addresses the water level and green slime in the hot tub. Finally, we could enjoy it. I never heard back from the management company until the day before our trip was over. It was to check to make sure I knew how to check out. I again reiterated the problems and lack of response from the property manager. I was told that this person would follow up on it. Overall, this can be a great place to stay as long as you don’t have any problems you need addressed in or around the home during your stay.

Great communication and clean property

This property was very clean and decorated to create a happy vacation vibe. Communication was very clear, easy and prompt between the manager and those staying. The backyard was very private and fun for all ages. We really appreciated the safety screen around the school for the younger children that were staying at the property.
