Great apartment

This lived up to the description 100% - apartment was well equipped and furnished- condominium facilities were great - pool excellent- nothing to fault at all. After the few hurricanes there is not much close by to eat at so it means a drive to FMB or down to Bonita Springs wheee there’s a good few good restaurants- The fish house is a great eatery

Beautiful Unit

The unit was exceptionally nice. Perfect for our family needs. The pool and facilities were also good but a lot of construction was happening. The downside was that there were no nearby restaurants. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and our host was very responsive to our needs. We would stay there again.

Beautiful, updated condo!!Had everything we needed including beach towels, which is always a plus when traveling.Few minute walk to beach.Large pool with large pool deck.We loved it and plan to stay again!!

Enjoyable Stay

Property was very comfy and had everything readily available. Beach was a short walk across the street and condo had beach chairs, umbrella, towels and more available to use. Pool was very inviting and enjoyable too. Host was great and was very attentive with any questions we had.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Everything was clean and brand new. Very comfy and homey. We had everything we needed. The pool area was great and the pool was kept at a nice temperature. It was a short walk to the beach. We love this location at the South end of the Island. Its less busy. We will definetly be back!

Fun in the Sun

This condo is exactly as advertised and working with Andrea was easy and simple. She has thought of everything you might need, both inside the living space and in the storage unit for your outdoor enjoyment. We saw a dolphin and a manatee in the marina waters as a bonus! The location is perfectly situated between Ft Myers and Bonita Springs.

Relaxing Trip

My husband, teenage daughter and her friend, and myself stayed at this condo about a week ago. Andrea was very responsive from the very beginning. The condo was exactly as advertised, and extremely clean! We only had to buy the food we needed for our stay, as the condo is stocked with everything you may need (at least for a week), including toilet paper and papertowel. There is a strip mall almost right next store with several really good restaraurants and shops, as well as a CVS right behind that. This location is definitely not for anyone wanting to party, as it is primarily an older crowd or families with small children. The condo has a screened in balcony that overlooks the marina, it's a very nice view. The beach access is across the street and is about a 5 minute walk. The only two things that I consider to be slight cons are the mattress in the main bedroom is not great, and if you are a light sleeper, the early morning beeping from the Hi-Lo's at the Marina will wake you up. Other than that, this condo was prefect for myself and my family and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you Andrea for always responding promptly and for clear check-in in and check out procedures.

Christmas break get away

We throughly enjoyed this condo. The location was great. Our boys fished off the dock and we saw two manatees. The marina setting made for good boat watching. The gulf side beach access was very close by. Just a 5 min walk and we found the beach wagon very convenient to haul the included beach gear from the condo storage room. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for all. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Even some extras like oil, spices and foil. All the appliances look nice and new. Both bathrooms were recently renovated and very nice. We all enjoyed the screened in porch for boat watching. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Updated Condo with Excellent Amenities

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is nicely updated. Comfortable beds, and kitchen well stocked. Views of the harbor complete with manatee sightings. 5 min walk to the beach. Excellent pool and hot tub. Loved the extra beach supplies in the storage cupboard.

Great vacation at Santa Maria!

This was a beautiful & very clean condo. We had everything we needed for cooking/grilling & heading to the beach, which is within walking distance. Nice pool & hot tub. Andrea was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Last minute vacation

We were invited to join family last minute on their Fort Myers vacation. Since they had their vacation planned for a year we did not have a huge selection of properties. This property had no reviews so I took a chance. It was just as pictured. The condo was lovely. It was very nicely decorated, clean and convenient. The beds were comfortable and I have absolutely no complaints. Out the back window, we saw Manatees in the harbor. Also a very interesting bright green iguana taking a morning stroll along the sidewalk. The condo was very quiet. We never heard any neighbors. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet, clean, convenient place to stay. It is located on the quiet, less traffic side of the island which I appreciated. The property manager was also very responsive to my questions and very accommodating.
