  • ¡Bienvenido a nuestro pequeño paraíso en Florida!

    Venga y disfrute de unos días mágicos en nuestro Barra Villa Resort, famoso por su ambiente sofisticado y divertido. El complejo consta de 8 apartamentos y estudios encantadores.

    Suerte que encontramos y compramos esta linda casa!

    La casa consta de 3 unidades: el "Apartment Pelican", el "Apartment Flamingo" y el "Studio Turtle".

    Cada alojamiento tiene su propia entrada, así como un baño privado, cocina y sala de estar / dormitorio. Si lo solicita, podemos conectar el Apartment Flamingo y el Studio Turtle a un gran apartamento que ofrece espacio para hasta 5 adultos.

    La zona exterior común ofrece una parrilla de gas y muchas posibilidades de asientos diferentes.

    Si nos avisa con anticipación, también es posible alquilar la Villa Barra II completa o todo el Resort.

    APARTAMENTO PELICANO

    El alojamiento perfecto para familias!

    acogedor apartamento de 2 dormitorios - baño accesible desde dos lados - entrada directa al jardín - ¡renovado en abril de 2017!

    Debido a los dos dormitorios, ambos con una cama doble, las familias con niños se sentirán como en casa en nuestro apartamento Pelican. Una de las habitaciones ofrece espacio suficiente para una cuna y, además, proporciona acceso al baño.
    Encontrará la segunda puerta con acceso al baño en la cocina bien equipada. Desde la cocina, se puede llegar a la terraza de madera, así como a la zona del jardín con una parrilla de gas y muchas posibilidades de asientos diferentes.
    El cuarto de baño con ventanas incluye una ducha, un inodoro y un lavabo. Nos encargamos de que haya suficientes toallas para su estancia en nuestra casa.

    En resumen: ¡no solo las familias se sentirán cómodas en nuestro apartamento Pelican!

The pool was the big draw for us and location second. Close to restaurant, brewery, and Publix grocery store. Wonderful relaxing stay. Dolphin cruise was exceptional.

It was in an awesome location close to beach ,communal pool for the complex. Restaurants Galore all different cultures Cuban, Spain, Mexican and American. My wife and I loved it . We look forward to going back again. Thanks to ALL who aided us in this stay at this ABB GOD Bless you ALL my wife and I really needed this time together since we could not afford staying right on the Beach. Special Danke to Martina our Host and ALL the people of VRBO. I do not think we will do any other way to vacation.

We last minute rented due to a death in the family and needed to get there ASAP. Having said that we were not expecting a good trip, however our stay was so enjoyable. The pool was clean and inviting. The unit was clean, beds were cozy, plenty of space. Backyard was nice and private. Our family was broken by the loss of a child, yet each of us found our rental a comfortable place to laugh, cry and just be together. Thank You for all you do to make your rental feel like home

The Pelican Apartment was perfectly sized for 3 people, the neighborhood was very quiet and located nicely within Fort Myers so nothing was too far away, will definitely consider staying here again

Very nice apartment. Perfect for a long weekend! Check-in and check out was very easy and the apartment was sticked with everything we would need for the week.

This is a repeat stay at this property group. These places offer exactly what we need. Great location, pool, and all the basics needed for a week away. Walk to grocery store and downtown nightlife. We will do it again.

Cozy and Clean Cottage

This was our first stay at a VRBO property, and I was impressed with the communication and check in process. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a shabby chic decor. The beds were very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the Publix grocery store and a great coffee shop.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Betten waren ein Traum. Liegt sehr zentral und ein Publix ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Florida 2023

We stayed in the Pelican apartment in Ft Meyers and loved it. It was small but just the right size for the 3 of us. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on this vacation, had grocery and shopping close by - literally has a grocery store within walking distance. We loved that it had a pool. We spent most evenings relaxing at the pool. Both my daughter and I agreed that we would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Unit was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We like having a swimming pool and laundry on the property. The biggest plus, is the location. We like to walk three miles every morning. From here you can walk along the beautiful Caloosahatchee, a very nice kids park, Publix, Nail Salon, Theatre, many, many restaurants and bars and my husband was even able to walk to Physical Therapy. This was our second stay at this property and we look forward to staying here again.

Ft Myers D days

Here to visit friends and a quick respite from the winter in New England. Great location. Less than 20 minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers. Nice treed and quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice one and heated. The apartment was very clean. It would be nice to have an ironing board and iron. It should also be suggested to warn guests about the water. Ft. Myers tap water is safe to drink but smells and tastes of sulfur (rotten egg). Overall quite nice.

Great Location Near Downtown and the Edison Ford Winter Estates

Altamont Manor is a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near downtown Fort Myers just off McGregor Street. We are walkers so it was a great location for us. We took a lovely walk through the riverfront park to all the restaurants and attractions in the downtown area. There is a grocery store, several great restaurants and a new brewpub just two blocks away. You are also within a short walk of the Edison Ford Winter Estates which I highly recommend. The apartment is comfortable and we enjoyed warm fall evenings on the screened in front porch and breakfasts on the porch in the private back yard. The furniture is comfortable and it was a nice surprise to find the TV selection included Netflix. Local channels were a bit of a challenge since they are tuned in via rabbit ears and it took us a few days to figure out that we had to move them off the TV stand for improved reception. We enjoyed our stay and the value of the apartment and will probably stay here again when we return next year.

Good Value at Altamont Manor

Altamont Manor provided good value for the cost. It was clean, had good amenities including a kitchen, porch, backyard, grill, laundry, bicycles and pool. It’s close to downtown Fort Myers, waterfront and Edison-Ford Home.
