“This is not the hotel's fault but there was dredging and/or construction noise going on less than a half mile away, first thing in the morning. Comfortable room though. It would have been nice to have a normal ice machine (near the lobby) instead of being expected to make my own ice in the full size fridge. Cheers!”

“We needed a location large enough to accommodate up to 30 family members. We were celebrating our Parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. The lodge was perfect, we had plenty of space for all of us to hang out or have some quiet time if needed. The rooms were all great and more spacious than I would have thought from the booking. Mark was there anytime I needed an answer. Thank you Mark we appreciate the use of the beautiful lodge.”

“Came to Pierre from Yankton SD to celebrate my oldest son's birthday. We were able to cook and have the family together in a very nice setting. Location is great for getting whatever you need while you are there. If you are looking for perfection, it's not for you (it's not a brand new house). But it was great for us, very comfortable and enjoyable. And the host couldn't have been nicer. I suggest calling him if you reserve it, some kind of breakdown between him and the VRBO site.”

“Nice little place with modern appliances, a good shower head, Roku TV, clean, and very well stocked. I arrived on 12/23/23 to a wreath on the door and a lighted and decorated Christmas tree in the living room. We had a blizzard and got snowed in the day after Christmas. Stan, the owner, sent a guy over to shovel out the driveway. He also brought a new shovel to leave at the property which I soon put to use after the snowplows came by and blocked the driveway. Nice place with an even nicer...
