“Attended a weekend conference for model railroad enthusiasts at this hotel. First off they laughed when I said "Where is the lake?" There is no lake to view at this Lakeview Hotel, there is a wee bit of a slough a few blocks away. This hotel is adequate, I guess. Hope the event organizers got a good deal for hosting costs. Hotel audiovisual equipment failed - NFP club had to buy a new projector and borrow portable sound system. I paid $45 for a banquet ticket, should have grabbed a burger...

“Good”

“Everything was excellent except some sticky substance on the floor when we entered the room. Shoes kind of stuck to the floor… could even feel something on the floor with bare feet. Other than that, the room was beautiful and clean”

“Well, I booked over Expedia at 10:00PM, paid for online as well … I ended up arriving to the hotel at 11:40PM, as that’s when I was off work…. I show up to the hotel and the hotel front desk was closed…”

“Friendly stuff”

“Easy and very friendly check-in. Beds were super comfy and room was very clean. The only downside is that the breakfast is not a 'hot' breakfast. There is no meat or eggs, and the waffles are prepackaged for the toaster. The breakfast was great for a continental breakfast, just don't come expecting eggs, sausage or hash browns.”

“The vrbo app did not allow me to leave messages to the host...otherwise the apartment was perfect for our stay. It's clean, well eqipped, and in a very nice neighbourhood.”
