Step inside our 1940`s spacious home with over 1500 sf of charm and updates specifically added to provide you with one of the most comfortable stays you will experience in Fort Smith. Centrally located, less than 3 minutes to Creekmore Park and ball fields and no more than 5 to 6 minutes to our downtown convention center, restaurants, shopping, museums and concerts. This will truly be your best Home Away From Home.

From the beautiful hardwood floors to the wonderful high ceilings, you will find delight in our spacious King bedroom suite with fireplace, personal desk, comfortable chaise lounge, private access door to a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The queen bedroom and 3rd bedroom with full size bottom bunkbed and twin bed on top share the 2nd bathroom that also has it`s own stack washer and dryer! Each bedroom has it`s own ROKU TV and sound machine for a comfortable night sleep away from home.
You will find a fully stocked kitchen, large living room with games and books for all ages and a dining room large enough to host a family dinner or game night.
Walk out the kitchen door to find a large deck with gas grill, a table that will seat 8, and several comfortable chairs.
Step down off the deck to discover a lighted fenced back yard with fire ring to sit under the stars and enjoy making s`mores and feel like a kid again!

You have access to the entire home except for the owner`s supply closet located in the hallway.

We have tried to think of everything you might need while here, but should you find you need anything or have any questions, please feel free to call our co-host, Cathy. If she is away from her phone, please send her a text message as she will see it before a voicemail .

Shortly before your check-in date, you will receive your check-in instructions with a short list of local places to acquire supplies and some great places to eat downtown.
For your convenience, we will be setting your door code to the last four digits of the phone number you used to book your stay.
Please make sure to let us know if you will be bringing a pet as all pets must be included on your booking (2 dog limit) and must be crated if left along in the home to protect from any damage. A small pet fee will be due with booking your stay.
