El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas dobles con TV de pantalla plana / DVD ... nuestro décimo piso tiene 1525 pies cuadrados ..... Cama King size en el dormitorio principal y el dormitorio de invitados ........ Dormitorios del piso 10 ambos tienen vista del golfo y TV / DVD de pantalla plana ...... Las cocinas están bien equipadas con todo lo que tienes en casa. Lavadora / secadora en condominios. Tenemos una piscina climatizada de tamaño olímpico con baños, gimnasio, sauna en nuestra hermosa casa club con vista a un lago. Dos canchas de tenis, Shuffle Board ..... Seguridad las 24 horas .....

This property is amazing! The views are awesome! What a sight to wake up to every morning! The condo was clean and ready for us when we got there! The host was great, helping me out with a few things that I needed to do. I will definitely stay here again if we are able to make it back this way anytime soon??

The host was super awesome and helpful. She informed us ahead of time that some issues were found with the unit prior to our arrival and that those issues were scheduled to be taken care of. We find a plumbing issue after arriving and the host sent a plumber to fix it right away. The unit was well stocked and super clean. We loved the ambiance and decor. The views of the beach were great. We love staying in this unit.

The condo we stayed in was absolutely amazing and right on the beach, everything was as advertised and wonderful! We will definitely be booking again!

We had a full problems, Host was wonderful helping with things not working. I did not like how to get into the gate, one guy would say one thing, I would drive around, like I was told, then another one comes and gets on me. The next time we came in again, the guy that said I could not go around, had us go around.

Ideal beach location!! Literally right out the back door. There are some things in the unit that need updating (broken blinds and front door) but otherwise extremely comfortable! Host was VERY easy to work with and very communicative.

Spring Break 2024

We absolutely loved this condo! I grew up in Destin, graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School 1993. My family still lives in town. So I am very familiar with condos around town. This condo is very spacious with everything you need. Very clean and the views are gorgeous! It was perfect for us! I would highly recommend. And intend to stay again!

We drove 9 hours from Houston to Destin with our kids for a 4-night stay, but arrival was a nightmare. We arrived at 5:15 PM and were blocked at the gate because our names weren't in the system.From 5:20 PM until 7:00 PM, we were stranded. I called the host, Barbara, a million times on her cell and landline. It felt like she was avoiding me because it would ring and hang up. In total frustration, we tried calling from 5 different phone numbers. We honestly thought we had been scammed and were actively looking for another place to stay—we couldn't just drive 9 hours back with exhausted children.Finally, at 7:00 PM, she answered a call from my husband’s phone. Her explanation was that the property manager forgot to enter our info. Leaving paying guests stranded for nearly two hours after a long road trip is completely unacceptable.Once inside, the condo itself was very cozy, spacious, and had a beautiful view. However, the bed and sheets are way too old. The headboard is loose and makes a loud noise every single time you move.Other than the terrible check-in and the old bed, it turned out to be a good short vacation. If the host updates the bedding and fixes her communication, this would be a great rental. But due to the immense stress of being locked out, I can only give it 3 stars.

Warning - construction on property

The listing does not tell you there is a multi-year construction project going on for the towers. We were told after booking that construction was happening, but were also told it was on a different tower. There will be construction workers M-F outside of your windows. Also, the property has the hanging vertical blinds and some of them are missing so it's concerning that the workers can see in as they work. The windows are obscured by splatter from the construction and you cannot access balconies or open windows. The price is great for the location and being right on the beach, but be aware before booking that the construction does impact the stay and the listing does not disclose that.

2022 Destin Vac

The condo was very nice clean and well equipped. The renovation going on made it not so nice. The balcony’s were not useable and the look was not pretty. But the owner was very nice and told me before we arrived. I would recommend it.

Fall vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The location of this property was perfect for our stay. We had a few rainy days but were able to enjoy the beach from the condo and able to visit other places. The condo was well described and very clean.

very well kept and supplied condo

The condo was immaculate and well stocked and the ocean view was beautiful. We would definitely stay again or recommend this rental. The owner was easy to deal with via email.

The condo was clean. The check in process was easy. The owner communicated well and was easy to work with.Good location and view. I agree with other reviewer’s who stated that there was a lot of knickknacks sitting around if you have small children in your group. It’s not as updated as some of the other condos that we stayed at in Destin. The dryer does take a few cycles to dry it seems, even with small loads. You will have to use beach service as you can’t use your own chairs. Overall we will stay in the condo again because we spend most of our time outside on the beach and it was clean and she was easy to work with and the views were great which are the most important things to us.

Great place with wonderful views, very spacious

Previous positive reviews are spot on. The place is beautifully up to date and maintained. Luxurious high quality towels, second bathroom has a wonderful massage shower head. So helpful to have washer/dryer in unit. Steps from beach. Beach quite crowded with three and more rows of umbrellas. Tipping beach service helps to get front row every day! Pool quite nice with comfortable chairs. Very close to Winn Dixie. Would advise to wait on purchasing household items (TP, dishwasher, etc.) as we would have had plenty from previous visitors. Close to elevator but we didn’t hear it. Truly a great and gracious place to vacation. Don’t miss out! Thanks to the Davis’s!!

Great condo!

The condo is as listed, great location and very accommodating. There are no spices so if you are cooking you will need to bring them. The beach is crowded because of the chair rental service, we tried to hit the beach around 3 when there was more space. We had a great time but the airport was a nightmare so we likely won’t be back.

So Lucky to Have Found!!

This condo is beautiful and just as described. Recently updated, everything was new or in great shape, immaculately clean, and lots of wonderful little touches (such as DVDs, night lights, and outlet multipliers in some outlets). As we have a family member with Celiac, we eat all our meals in, and I was impressed with the fully loaded kitchen, including the variety of pots and pans, new looking utensils, and everything being clean. We were there with our three older children, and it felt spacious. The view is amazing, and we saw dolphins daily from the balcony (bring binoculars!). It was an amazing place to unwind, relax, and be together. We LOVED every minute of it, and certainly hope to be back next year!!
