We had a great stay. The condo was very nice, everything you may need is there. The lazy river pool was a close walk and very fun. The beach wasn't too far and was beautiful. We would definitely come back for another stay!

A Special Place We Keep Coming Back To

This is always a special place for our family to spend vacation time. The location is perfect—offering the best of both worlds with easy access to both the beach and the bay area. We love the variety, from relaxing by the water to enjoying the pools and lazy river. Our condo has everything we need to feel right at home for the week. It's well-equipped, comfortable, and makes our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We look forward to coming back year after year!

Wonderful Stay in Destin

We had a great stay at Destin West! Between the lazy river, pools, and beach there was always something to do. Close proximity to local restaurants, shops, Publix meant you didn’t have to travel far once you arrive. Would recommend!

Mother/Daughter getaway

Perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. Beautiful views. The beach wagon w/chairs and umbrella and the washer/dryer in the unit made our stay so much more enjoyable!!

The condo was very clean! It was supplied with all you needed. The bed was very comfortable and we were never bothered with noise. the pool area was large and we were always able to find chairs. We are planning on coming next year! Very enjoyable place.

Loved This Place

This was our third stay at Destin West Beach & Bay resort. Once again, loved our stay. First stay at this condo and it was very clean & comfortable. Enjoyed the view of the lazy river & the bay. The entire resort is well maintained. Parking is always easy. Booking thru Coastal Vibes Vacations is very easy and you have no worries about them taking care of you.

Very Nice - 3rd visit

Great room and facility. There were plenty of dishes, bedding and paper products for the 2 of us. We really like the lazy river. The grassy area surrounding the lazy river is well taken care of also. The beach access is also nice, although we did not visit the beach this time.

Destin west bayside

Location was great. View from end condo was spectacular overlooking lazy river & bay. Close to many restaurants & activities. Bridge over Highway to the gulf beach was easy & safe. Sufficient parking available. Communication with management company was easy & they responded quickly to our needs. We will rent again in the future.

This was our second time staying at Destin West and our first in this particular unit. The location was perfect both for pools and the beach and getting out and about around the area. Beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, and we had everything we needed. The wagon and chairs were super helpful. Parking was easy and close. Despite the resort being full, noise was never an issue from the pool/lazy river. The one time we had trouble finding something in the unit, we immediately received a response even after hours! This is truly our favorite place to go, and we’re already planning our next stay. Thanks so much for the perfect vacation home!

Great location, plenty of space

Pelican 401 was just as advertised. There was plenty of space, sleeping options, and is the corner unit so it has 2 balconies (one in front and one in back).

Great unit, clean and comfortable. One minor issue- a number of pulls on the dresser were missing making it difficult to open the drawer - minor fix. Highly recommend this unit and complex.
