1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Family TidesCheck-in was a breeze, and the Coastal Dreamin’ app was easy to use and well designed — but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The property may have appeared tidy, but it was far from clean. Within hours of arrival, we discovered both live and dead roaches in several areas, and despite multiple housekeeping and maintenance visits, the issue continued throughout our shortened stay.Requests to speak directly with someone were ignored, and everything had to be handled by email. A personal call or visit from management would have gone a long way in showing concern. Instead, we were only offered to vacate early for a partial refund, which we eventually received after following up several times.Additional emails sent afterward went unanswered, again highlighting poor customer service. It seems this company values bookings more than guest experience.
