No expense has been spared in our newly constructed, over the top home.

Almost 4000 square footage of living space. On the ground floor, there is a private pool (8.5 ft. wide, 6.5 ft. deep and 17' long) and spa surrounded by a huge patio with built in gas grill for the ultimate family experience.

First floor has an inside sitting area right off the patio to make it easy for those inside to enjoy what is going on outside. There are two bedrooms on this floor: a king master with an ensuite. Across from the king is a queen bedroom with a private bathroom. On this floor, you will also find a "bunkroom" with four built in XL twin bunks. There is full bath right outside of the bunkroom. There is an elevator to all floors of the house as well as stairs.

On the second floor, there is a queen bedroom with private bathroom to the right of the elevator. Directly across from the steps/elevator is a powder room, and to the left is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen. There are beautiful hardwoods throughout the house and many personal luxuries on this floor, including a beautiful gas fireplace. The house has a SONOS sound system throughout that bluetooth connects to your personal device. Your music where ever you need it! You will find all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a pot filler at the gas cooktop. There are French doors to a balcony that spans the entire front of the house. There is a small balcony overlooking the pool area off the kitchen. This floor has a large sectional couch that can be used for sleeping.

On the third floor, there is a galley kitchen with a bar area and a small living room with pull out sofa and smart TV. This floor also has a king master bedroom with ensuite and French doors leading to another large balcony at the front of the house. At the back, there is another small balcony off the kitchen area and a queen bedroom with private bathroom.
