  • Sea Breeze es nuestro hogar lejos del hogar. Una casa de campo de 3 pisos bien mantenida y encantadora ubicada en la comunidad cerrada hermosa y exuberantemente ajardinada de Calypso Pointe. Tenemos una piscina comunitaria y estamos a poca distancia de la playa. Esta casa de tres pisos cuenta con múltiples porches, electrodomésticos de alta gama, encimeras de granito y mucho más.

    En la planta principal encontrará una gran sala de estar, mesa de juego, comedor, una gran cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Hay un área de comedor con capacidad para 8, así como otra mesa de juego para acomodar más. Justo afuera de las puertas francesas hay una sala de estar cubierta al aire libre con un televisor de pantalla plana. El patio trasero ofrece un pozo de fuego y parrilla personalizados, tiene muchos asientos y es un entorno maravilloso para las familias.

    Esta casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones con literas en el piso principal, una maravillosa suite principal con tocadores dobles y bañera grande en el segundo piso. Hay una habitación de invitados y área de lavandería en el segundo también. El piso superior es un área de visualización tipo loft con paredes con ventanas, otra cama queen y un sofá cama con nido. Hay mucho espacio para que disfrute toda su familia.

    Si no está familiarizado con el área de Santa Rosa Beach 30A, es un poco mágico a medida que avanzan las comunidades de playa. Con diecisiete millas de arena blanca y cristalina y agua verde esmeralda. Pocas playas se comparan. Esta casa de playa y esta comunidad de playa es un lugar maravilloso para crear recuerdos familiares con estilo. Lovely Unit in Walking Distance of the Beach

A breezy home with plenty of light, this is a great unit for those small-to-medium sized families; we comfortably fit 7 people. It is a short walk to the beach (5 minutes) and easily navigable by almost anyone. A shout out to the maintenance crew; the coffee maker was DOA (not their fault) but they had a new one to our unit within a few hours of a phone call.

Time with family in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

My family and I (7 young and middle aged adults) stayed Mother's Day Weekend and had such a nice time. Sea Breeze 30A was just as the pictures showed; enough beds so that no one slept on the couch and a plenty of seating in the living room for all of us to be together even on the rainy day. The home was beautiful. The surroundings - neighborhood and yard were beautiful. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beach parking was limited. Nothing we didn't love about our stay! Thank you for great accommodations and being able to call the management company if anything was needed.

Fabulous outdoor sitting area

We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. After our daytime excursions and beach time we would have dinner and sit out in the outdoor sitting area in the back with cocktails and kids running around and just had the most fabulous family time here.

The house was very nice and suited our 8 adults and 1 infant very well. Two block walk to the beach out the back gate. Host provides 6 Tommy Bahama chairs which worked great on the beach. House has plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. We prepared most meals at the house. The 2 coffee makers did not work. It appears the person answering my questions thru VRBO is not the actual owner of the property but a management company in that check-in/check-out instructions are general and at times they did not know the answer to my specific questions. From my understanding, all of the areas of the beach that get "touched" by water during high tide is open to the public. However, the "dry" parts of the beach have different rules depending on where you are. The closest beach access (Lake Causeway #44) is to the west for the house. When entering this area, the private property to your left owns all of the beach up to the water and does not want you even walking in their area. The area to the right as you enter Lake Causeway #44 allows you to set up on the dry part of the sand as long as you are closer to the water. This seemed to be the best area as there were minimal people. The public beach access/lounge area (Dune Allen Regional Access) can be very crowded and you may need to get there early to get a spot.

Family fun!

Great space for a family gathering! Plenty of room to spread out and lots of room to play games at the large table. Super close walk to the beach or to the community pool. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the backyard most of all. The walk to the beach was quick and right out the back gate. The community pool being saltwater instead of chlorine was a nice touch. Great management too!
