We loved this house! It is right across from the pool which was so nice. We had 10 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the bikes and golf carts. Check-in was easy, we had no issues.The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Great holidays!

Very comfortable and an excellent kitchen for meal preparation. Well outfitted and had everything one could ask for while making cooking enjoyable. Great location to pool, playground and walking trail.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of 13 just spent the week at this lovely home. The location was great….. just a short golf cart or bike ride to anything we wanted to do. We really appreciated the number of bikes and the 2 golf carts. We had very little need for a car the entire week. Some other features that we really enjoyed were the proximity to the pool, the pool table and the large table in the kitchen for gathering. Will definitely stay here again.

Most wonderful home ever!!!

This beautiful home had everything! It was spacious, modern, beautiful, clean, fully equipped with everything, and had more amenities than expected! We enjoyed the golf carts and bikes! The family room was comfortable and big enough for all of us to relax and enjoy a movie at night. We biked to the beach each day-fun! We enjoyed the pool across the street and my daughter swam laps. We loved having our poodle with us for the first vacation ever! The owner even provided beach towels- that is a first! The home was stocked with lots of games for game night. We did not use the pool table but it would have been fun. My daughter drank coffee on the front porch each morning and cuddled with our dog who enjoyed watching everyone on the street. The local scenery was fantastic with a lovely bridge just behind the house. We hire a professional photographer each year for beach pictures but this year we did pics in the area around the house due to its grand beauty. Great vacation and outstanding home!! Thanks for sharing it!

Great Home for Family Gathering

Our family, ages 2yrs-52yrs.enjoyed the amenities that this home offered! Bikes. Two golf carts. Access to pool and hot tub. The location can’t be beat! Close to grocery store and a short golf cart ride to the beach and Seaside. It was wonderful to be nestled in a wooded neighborhood yet close to stores, shops and the the beach. We enjoyed the quiet and safety of the area. Jessica was so responsive and kind. She replied to my emails quickly. When we had an issue with one of the tvs, the maintenance personnel responded so quickly. We received comprehensive info weeks prior to our arrival and more info days within our checking in. House is beautiful. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you!!

Loved the location but house had issues

Beautiful home but needed some attention to some key areas. The main issue was the stove was completely useless and the family was planning on using it throughout the week. We were given two burners but only s partial fix. The golf carts were great. The house was nicely decorated and fully equipped. We would stay here again if some of the key problems were repaired.

Peaceful, Relaxing, Perfect

We loved our stay at About Time! The house was amazing! The location was perfect, so close to Seaside and right by the WaterColor Crossings shopping and dining area. The neighborhood was adorable and everyone was so friendly. We loved having the golf carts and they made running to Seaside and the surrounding areas easy and fun. Our stay was during a very hot spell and we had a little trouble with the AC on the first night, but the management company was so fast and helpful got it repaired so quickly. We definitely plan to return!

Best vacation house ever!!!

Oh my goodness - where do I start?! We had the best week at “About time” and couldn’t recommend it more highly. We had 12 people (6 adults and 6 kids) and the house was roomy and enjoyable. The house is so clean. The owners have everything - beach towels, movies, games, kitchen with everything you would need. The golf carts were awesome and we used them multiple times a day. The front and back porch were fun to spend time on. The bikes made our trip super awesome and we did lots of rides to the beach and to seaside. And Publix of course! The location of the house is perfect because it is so close to the pool and the bike trail to the beach. Any minor issues (shower drains, etc) were addressed promptly and efficiently. Sandpiper is awesome in taking care of this rental! I would like to thank the owners and sandpiper so much for letting us stay here. We had such a fun week and can’t wait to be back!!

Perfection

This house was amazing. This is the 5th year in a row I have stayed in this community and I dare say I loved this house the best. It had everything we needed (including beach chairs) which saved a ton of room in the car when packing. It met all of our needs, plenty of space for guests, great kitchen with all the essentials, games, plenty of space in family room, front and back porches for morning and evening hangs, bikes and TWO golf carts. LOVED LOVED it. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was in a great location and beautifully decorated. We spend Thanksgiving and celebrated with the entire family. We loved taking the golf carts to town and to Watercolors. We will be back again!

Beautiful Home, But...

Really beautiful home that was very clean, well equipped and super cozy. The issue we had was with the golf carts and bikes that were included with the property, all were in pretty bad shape and in need of some maintenance. One day we took on of the carts out to go to the beach and while driving down 30a the axel broke and one of the wheels flew off while we were driving, fortunately we were only going about 10mph or it could have been very dangerous. When looking at the undercarriage of the cart it was pretty rusted out and you could tell that it hadn't been serviced. Called the management company and they send someone to pick us up from the side of the road after about 30 minutes. The cart was towed back to the property with it's broken axel. We did not receive a replacement cart or even a call back from anyone on the status. I paid for a house with 2 carts, I feel I should be refunded for not getting use of one of the carts.
