Fairy clean room, overlooks the resort, pool and waterfall. You can see the ocean at the far left corner of the balcony, but still a gorgeous view.

The owner was great about providing information about the resort for an easy check in. The unit was clean and well appointed with all the necessities. We appreciated the local restaurant recommendations too. We look forward to our next stay!

Great view and room!

This was our first time staying at waterscape and we absolutely loved it. The room had everything we needed and had a good view of the pool and we were still able to see the ocean. The resort is perfect for families and has a lot of things for kids to do. We will be booking again next year for sure!

Great Condo and loved the Resort

We loved the Condo, and having two full bathrooms connected to the bedrooms was so convenient for our family! We also loved the resort and pools!

Family Vacation

This property was great for young families, and anyone looking for a stress free vacation! Beautiful and large pools, easy beach access, and includes beach setup for stress free enjoyment! This condo was well maintained, great size for family, and the resort was very clean! Will definitely be back

Ft Walton Beach

Great unit ,very clean,easy walk to the beach and great choice for family and fun the pools and play areas were great and the gas grills were a big plus.

Waterscape Experience

We're stayed at this condo repeatedly over many years and it never disappoints. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean, and close to the elevator. If there is a problem it is promptly addressed. Love the amenities and closeness to the beach. Great family condo. Will continue to book this condo in the future.

Best family vacation we've ever had!

This was the best family vacation I could imagine. The resort/condo was beyond our expectations and so reasonably priced. We will be back every year. This trip was nothing short of magical!! Our fall break stay

We have stayed in this condo before and booked again! It’s a great one, we can see ocean and bottom pool, and we are right across the elevator. Owners were great to contact and we will book again in the future!

Amazing Condo!

This condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! We enjoyed having a view of the pool and the ocean. There was plenty of space for our family! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Awesome all the way around!

Our stay at Waterscape B312 was an amazing time. From hearing the waterfall off the upper pool from our balcony, to walking on the beach and watching the sunset, this place is worth it! We will be rebooking again and bringing friends!

Amazing trip!!

Wonderful views! So much beauty in one place. I love how convenient it was to go to the beach and then back to the pool and visa versa. Have two young boys and not once did they say they were bored. Easiest check in and check out I ever had. I assure you, you won’t regret staying here.

We LOVED our stay at Waterscape B312. David Jenn is excellent to work with. We loved every moment of our vacation, sunrise to sunset. Perfect vacation spot, amenities we're great, property very well maintained. Friends/family that came to visit…loved it…booking their own places next year!! We can't wait to go back to Waterscape next year…we are all booked and ready to go Thank you to David Jenn for making our trip such a memorable experience

Annual family trip

I take my daughters every year to the Destin area and when we saw the places we usually stay we’re booked we were disappointed. Luckily, I found this gorgeous condo. We were all very impressed and happy with everything about this place. We usually like a much closer view of the ocean but the place was nice enough for us to get over that. Check in and check out was so simple which made it even better.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo has plenty of kitchenware for any meal. We loved the ease of getting in and out. Everything was nice and clean. All questions were answered almost immediately. We will hopefully rent the exact same unit next year for our family vacation ❤️❤️

Amazing Condo/Vacation Destination!

Location was perfect, comfortable beds, very spacious! So clean and family friendly! Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer! We will definitely stay again. Communication with property managers were smooth and prompt with every interaction from booking to check-out! And I forgot to mention THE VIEW and literally steps from the beach and plenty of pools and hot tubs to enjoy when you’re not on the beach. Check out the Gulfarium and shopping in Fort Walton and Destin!
