Wonderful place easily accessible to the pools and the beach. The property is one of the cleanest places ive ever stayed inside the condo and outside as well. The property is a very family friendly atmosphere.

Another great stay at Waterscape

Great walkout location with plenty of space and amenities. Great covered patio if have to wait out rain. Enjoyable experience for my family!

Great Stay

It was a great stay!! Great place. We just wished we could be closer to ice cream shops, town etc. But overall the resort and room was great for our family. We will definitely be back.

The condo was not as clean as we hoped for, the floors looked as if they were not mopped nor vacuumed. I understand we are at the beach and sand is everywhere, but these floors were dirty, not just sandy. The tile floors had stuff stuck to them that looked as if it had been there for a while. There was mold in the showers as well.

We've been renting from Coastal Vibe vacations for the past 5 years at Waterscape. We tried a different unit this time & loved it just as much as the one we had stayed in for years. Perfect resort for anyone looking for a beach with a pool vacation!

Great Vacation

We have stayed at Waterscape several times, but it had been a few years since we'd been there. The property and pools were just as awesome as we remembered. The kids had a great time! Our condo was very nice and had everything we needed.

Perfect for our family!

We had the best week in C205! My kids absolutely loved their bunk room and the smartTV on the bottom bunk. It was a real home away from home that we'll definitely return to in the future. The pools were so much fun and the beach was beautiful. Loved that they had activities for families during the week.

Our stay was our favorite so far! We loved having the ground unit for our 4 boys to have space to run around and play. It is a further walk to the beach than other units, but it’s still not too far while toting kids and all the beach things - and with our youngest boys ages 5,3, and 1- we loved being steps away from the splash pad where we spent every morning. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the awesome communication and helpful information throughout our stay. The whole family said we wanted to come back here to stay! Highly recommend the Waterscape for children and this particular unit was amazing

We loved the condo and its cleaniness. Owners were very quick to response. We needed a light bulb change and they were right on it. Loved the location of the condo with kids.Plenty of outside room also. Close to pools We will be back next year. Thank you for a great place

Our best stay in Fort Walton Beach to date

This was our third spring break in the area and of the three fantastic condos we’ve rented, this was our favorite! It was clean and spacious and the walk out to the pool area was a wonderful feature! My kids loved playing in the grassy area in front of the condo. (And of course they loved the heated pool, the lily pads, the lazy river, and all the other kids around!) The beach was stunning as usual, and we especially enjoyed the way the chairs were set up in a horseshoe so everyone had a front row view and it invited the children to play together. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Mini vacay

We enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool area and lazy river. The only problem I had was with the set up of the umbrellas on the beach, personally I want to face the water when sitting on the beach and the chairs usually available are in a semi circle facing other people, this would not keep me from returning to the property, I just took my own beach chair so I could sit facing the water .

Great Stay!

Overall we had a great stay. The property was kid friendly and the beach is beautiful. We were disappointed that the front lawn, which we had planned to have as an option to play before pools open, was wet and muddy every day we were there. Other than that the condo was stocked with everything we needed and they allowed us to check in early. Would recommend!

Family fun!

This what exactly what my family was looking for. Very family friendly and it was great to have the chairs on the beach and the beach toys on the porch area to use instead having to purchase any. We loved it! We tried Rockin Tacos and Old Bay Steamers(both within walking distance) and both were wonderful! We also visited the Gulfaquarium. The dolphin and sea lion shows were fun! Overall a great location and place to call home for the week!

Wonderful Vacation

This is our second year staying at a Coastal Vibes property and we couldn't be happier.. we've already are booked for next year.. we had a few minor issues and they were taken care of immediately.. The maintenance man JT and Jaren were the ones we had the most contact with and they are both super people..JT even gave use some suggestions on places to eat and they were all delicious!! Can't wait to get back there..

Keeping a Great Thing Going!

This is our 4th visit through Waterscape and our 3rd in unit C205. The entire process with Coastal Vibe cannot be matched. They make the process so easy and it really sets the tone for a fun and relaxing stay! The unit is a great location with easy access to the walkways and premium parking! We love the well maintained unit and complex, and find so much comfort in the attention of the Security on staff at the complex. It's always so incredibly hard to leave, that we immediately start planning the next year's trip on the way home :)
