Crystal clear water with pearl white beaches. ~ 1 1/2 miles from Hwy 98 and downtown Fort Walton Beach.........6-miles from downtown Destin, Florida. Considered the 'New Destin West Beach resort area' No streets to cross!!!
    Ground Floor unit no stairs or elevators short walk to emerald green water and sugar sandy beach Only 100 yards to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful condominium with excellent floor plan. Sleeps six (6)people very comfortably. This large one bedroom condominium has (2) built-in twin size bunk beds, a large pull out Queen sofa bed, and the master bedroom has a large king size bed. This unit has two (2) televisions, one in the living room smart TV DVD player as well as Internet access master bedroom, smart TV. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. microwave, Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, Too much to list...) Everything needed to enjoy your vacation. This unit also has a Washer / Dryer located in the unit for your convenience. This is a very well maintained and extremely clean unit! If you’re looking for a very clean condo for an enjoyable family get-away or a couples retreat then this is the one for you! Great place for a wedding on the Beach

    McGuires has fantastic Prime Rib and daily Specials that are just amazing and Great prices. The Sea food there is so amazing best Fish I have ever had.

We absolutely loved our stay and hated having to leave! Perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation! Definitely planning to come back next summer!

Wonderful

Great location just steps from the walkway to the beach. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that was included with the stay. The owner was also super helpful and accommodating with our needs.

Loved our stay here. Great location, easy access to the beach and restaurants nearby. Clean condo with plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and well stocked kitchen if you plan to do any cooking. If you have neighbors in the above unit it can be a bit noisy, that is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Our new favorite spot!

The condo is a great space for a family/small group of friends. It’s convenient to the beach, and the umbrella/chair service makes it perfect to grab a towel and head to the beach. Check in/out and communication with the host we’re quick and efficient. We made great memories and can’t wait to come back again!

Thanksgiving 2022

We had a great time at the condo. Everything was exactly as described, beach access was closer than expected. The facility had a outdoor shower station to makes sure all the sand was off. We would definitely book this condo again.

Lovely condo steps from beautiful beach! Beach chairs/umbrella came with rental! Nice, well-stocked kitchen! Comfy king bed and great bunks! Two nice patios with chairs!

Nice family trip

Communication with owner was excellent! Condo was good size for a family of 4. It was clean and a short walk to the beach. There aren’t any views, but for the price, a nice place to enjoy Fort Walton. It was very close to restaurants and shops and a short drive to Destin boardwalk.

Girls beach retreat

Awesome condo just a few steps away from the beach. Everything you need for a wonderful week and my fur baby got to come too! Thank you for sharing your home with us. This is our 2nd visit and we look forward to returning.

Our week was awesome. Beautiful home , very clean. The bedding was super soft and cotton. There was anything a person could need in the kitchen from dish soap to a spatula and everything in between. I can't stay enough about our stay it was perfect!

Wonderful condo

My daughter and I loved our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was only a short walk to the ocean and we loved the pool right outside our back door. The best part of our trip was that my fur baby Daisy was able to go with us. We are already looking at our calendars to see when we can come back! Thank you Sharon for sharing your home with us. We loved it!

Checkin process was easy. The location was great just a few feet from the beach. Reached out to the owner about a closet door they responded quickly. The unit was clean and small yet spacious enough for us. We could hear our overhead neighbors as the walked around which is not the fault of the unit owners. Would return again and highly recommend.

Great place

Very nice place, perfect for my husband who has ambulatory issues. Wish we could have stayed longer. FYI, it is not handicap accessible to the beach. We had to drive next door to the public access to borrow the beach wheelchair, but it was very manageable. Hope we’ll be able to return next year!
