The Space:

This beautiful, third-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this Florida room inspired vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath has a walk-in shower and the second bath has a tub. This condo also features a washer/dryer.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
