    Todos nuestros clientes diarios y semanales recibir el siguiente paquete gratuito para los clientes: 2 sillas de playa y sombrilla creados por usted en la playa (1 marzo a 31 octubre); 18 hoyos de golf con medio de la compra en Shalimar Pointe Golf Club diaria; un pase libre a un 2 horas Dolphin Cruise diaria; 1 adulto pasar a bucear al día (abril a octubre); alquiler de películas nocturnas, acceso gratuito a Internet (la mayoría de las unidades inalámbrica) .B>

Our favorite home away from home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time to stay in this unit, and like always, it was perfect! It feels like home when we walk in the door. It’s clean, stocked with everything we need, and centrally located to everything. Five stars isn’t enough!

Property owners were very quick to respond. There is a beach bin of beach items that I recommend checking before buying items. There were lots of things in there from beach toys to chairs. The only thing that was frustrating was that we weren’t allowed an early check in even though I received a text offering a discounted price the two days before our arrival as it wasn’t rented. Overall the place was nice and clean. We enjoyed our time there.

Lovely Time in Ft. Walton Beach

Reviewer Comments: The property we stayed in was very nice and very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen.The view from the porch was beautiful. The sliding doors that lead to the porch is very noisy, the people upstairs slammed the door often, we could even hear it in the bedroom. I would suggest telling people to this of others when closing the sliding door.

Best of all, it was clean and updated. The kitchen was exceptional with new appliances. The complex was quiet and convenient. Our favorite eats were found at The Donut Hole, Dewey Destin and AJ’s all in Destin. Close by, we liked The Crab Trap by the pier.

The location was great, the condo had everything we wanted, and it was clean and well kept. We did not have a need to reach out to the company during our stay, but feel confident they would have been easy to work with. Every time I called prior to our stay to make payments or ask questions, everyone was friendly and helpful. My husband and I agreed we will DEFINITELY book here again if we come back here next year.

Reviewer Comments: It was okay but the sofa was not comfortable, the bed was not comfortable, it was noisy, the view on the balcony would have been nice if we would have had a recliner chair to relax on. The chairs was very uncomfortable very hard to sit in at a long period of time.

The outside of condo building was dingy/not in good repair. The walkways were very dark. The elevator was shaky and jerky and had a horrible smell the entire stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has great beachfront view. The property is well maintained and clean when we stayed. Overall it was a great stay and everything was as advertised. Couple of things that management can improve on: 1. For late check in, the current rule of asking us to come back to office next day prior to noon is not very flexible. Please be more flexible on this considering long distance travel involved in the prior day. 2. Please enforce no smoking rule. Our unit had some smoking odor left from previous occupants smoking in the patio area. The occupants above our unit were also smoking in the patio area during our stay and affecting us when we were relaxing in our patio.

Beach service was well attended by a great staff who was courteous and friendly. My kids loved the bunk beds. The only problem we had was with noise from the pool. The beds were a little noisy as well, but overall it was a great experience.
