Great stay here for our family of 4. We loved being on the beach, and my kids loved the heated pool. The condo was perefect size for our family. Ron was attentive and had great communication prior to our stay.

Absolutely the best experience!! Great response to any question, communication was top knotch, unit was clean and WELL stocked!! The bunk bed room would be best suited for children as it is small. Unit is right near elevator, view overlooked pools/hot tub area. Zero issues!!! Book with Ron!!

Wonderful beach front property and heated pools. Chairs and umbrellas are set up each morning on the beach for you. Also had a spa and exercise room. The condo is decorated well. Kitchen was well stocked along with laundry detergent. The cable company had an outage and Ron called me several times to check on it. Was not a problem for us because we were out on the beach. It was nice that he contacted us right away and called the company for us! We also asked to check in a little early that day and made a point to check in with us several times. You could tell he cared about us enjoying our visit! The view from the patio is spectacular! We have stayed in Destin several times before and did not have the ease of walking right on to the private beach. We will be back again!

The listing is accurate, the view of the beach is great and we saw dolphins every morning. Property is nice and clean. The only downside is the location is not walkable to grocery stores, and there is one restaurant across the street as well as a couple food trucks .

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our group of 8. We celebrated our twin grandsons high school graduation. Great location, clean and plenty of space. Would recommend staying here. Host was quick to get back with you. Checkin a breeze!

Beautiful condo on perfect beach!

This condo was perfect for 8 of us. Large balcony with beautiful gulf views! Very well maintained condo and complex. The condo had anything and everything we could need. Pool area always very clean and well maintained. Our favorite part is the small size of the complex made for a quiet beachfront compared to other larger complexes nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect beach vacation location

Our family of 5 had a great time staying here for fall break. Having the beach service for two chairs and an umbrella was nice, it was super convenient to walk right out the back door onto the beach. The property (both the condo itself and the complex i.e. pool, gym, etc.) were well maintained, clean and orderly. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer for the week to clean bathing suits and towels. The unit was spotless upon our arrival, and the owner let us know as soon as the unit was ready for check-in.

Owner responded quickly to questions. Communicated with me that the condo was ready early (yay!) Send me all the info I needed ahead of time. Great condo. Loved having both a drip coffee and k cup coffee maker. Welcoming and clean and had nice little extras that kept us from having to run to the store. Walk to the beach was not long at all. Loved that we got a chair rental with the condo. Will book again and highly reccomend.
