The location was amazing! We loved having the beach just steps away from the condo. The condo itself was nice; it was nicely decorated and was decently clean. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. When we arrived at the condo, it smelled heavily of grease. We assumed the previous party had a fish fry because of the grease smell and the fish scales and guts left outside the back patio. I know it’s not the owners fault but it was pretty gross to have all that and scattered trash outside when trying to enjoy the beautiful view. We ran into an issue with the oven not working. A Vacasa maintenance person and service tech did come try to fix it but we were told the entire oven would need to be replaced as a bunch of grease fried the computer board on the oven. It’s sucked since we had bought a few items that required baking. Other than the oven, both can openers in the kitchen were broken, a drawer was missing from the front guest bedroom, the lock on the back door is broken and difficult to open, and the smoke alarm from the kitchen was found in a dresser drawer in one of the bedrooms. We were provided with a small bottle of dish soap, a sponge, roll of paper towels, packet of dishwasher detergent, a few trash bags, a packet of laundry detergent, small hotel soaps in the bathrooms, two kitchen towels, plenty of bath towels and washcloths, the kitchen had everything we needed: a Kuerig and regular coffee makers, pots and pans, a couple baking sheets, measuring spoons and cups, mixing bowls, a couple Tupperware containers, a blender, a griddle, a toaster, cooking utensils, crockpot, and plenty of dishes (they were all glass so bring plastic plates/cups for the little ones). Even though we had a couple small issues, we still had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return to B100!
