New kitchen, dining room, island in dining room, bathroom, new shower/tub, vanity with granite top, new toilet, etc, bunk beds, bedroom! Even new drywall, lighting, ceiling fans, etc. 1 1/2 MILES TO EMERALD COAST CONVENTION CENTER Spacious 1 bedroom fully furnished condo located at sunset cottages on beautiful Okaloosa Island. Only 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. The swimming pool is located directly out of the back door. This cozy condo is decorated in tropical decor. This condo sleeps 6 people comfortably, has a large master bedroom, two built in bunk beds and a large sleeper sofa. You will truly enjoy every minute of your stay at our condo. So take your shoes off and enjoy! If traveling with family or friends we have three condo units available, all three are 1 bedroom units, 2 on ground floor and one on the second floor.

One of the most well equipped VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Excellent communication with the host. Some neighbors were owners and you almost felt like you were in a community. We travel with two teacup yorkies and being on the ground floor was super. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was our second time staying here. I love the simplicity of the cottages and of course the first floor unit is most convenient. The pool is right out of the back door and the path to the beach is right out of the front door down the pier. The room has everything we need.

The unit was perfect, pool is right out of the back door , as stated, which is very convenient with kids. Even with the pool close it was quiet and peaceful. The beach was easy to access as well. We didn't even have to go far for restaurants and they had a cute little ice cream shop with put put golf right down the road. Perfect condo and area!

Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean and felt like home. The beach is literally over a hill and absolutely beautiful. We spent a day on a snorkel/ dolphin watch tour with Destin Snorkel (which I highly recommend). We would most definitely stay here again.

Great pet friendly condo

My husband and I loved our stay at Sun Cottages. The condo was super cute, clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Easy access to the beach was a huge plus as well. We will definitely be back.

Home Away from Home

Wonderful cottage just steps from the beach. We felt so comfortable that we were actually depressed to leave. Clean, comfee and stocked just right. Cant wait to go back.

Great Place on the island

The condo was great. It was well furnished and clean. The convenience of being so close to the beach is why we chose this place and we would not hesitate to stay here again. It will be the first place i look at the next time we come to Okaloosa Island.

Clean and Comfy

The cottage was clean, comfy and had everything you need plus more. Steps to the white powdery sand and beach with chairs and an umbrella, and close to all the amenities of FW, Destin and other beach communities. Thank you Ron & Michelle for making our stay a great experience!

Home was as described. We got there at 3PM but the cleaning service was still there. I contacted the host, and was told to wait, which for a clean home and stay, I didn’t mind. The host even had extra toiletries sent to the house. Home was clean and had anything we needed for our stay. 100% recommend!

Could not be happier

If there is a nicer condo, of similar size and price anywhere from Pensacola to Panama City Beach, I’d have to see it to believe it. We are talking about booking next year already. The hosts were readily available and accommodating.

Great place with great beach access

This cute ground floor condo was perfect for 3 adults. It was clean, well stocked and quite comfortable. The recliner was a plus! Although this is not right on the beach, it is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Great experience with the host who kept us informed right from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here.
