    The Space:

    Make the most magical beach memories at this spacious, beachfront condo. The fully-equipped kitchen, large enough for several people to cook together, will make preparing delicious meals easy and fun. Sip your morning coffee while sitting out on the furnished balcony and enjoying the view. The swimming pool area features a large beachside pool to cool off in during those warm Floridian days, plus there are enough beach chairs available for your entire group.



    The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from this home. Make sandcastles and watch for dolphins playing in the surf. Discover a number of dining options located just a short drive from this home including the Gulf and the Crab Trap for fantastic local seafood. Or shop at one of the many beach stores for that perfect souvenir.



    Things to Know

    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs from March 1st - October 31st.

    Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

    All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



    Other Things to Note:

    Beach service includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. Beach service is coordinated via the onsite beach attendants.

Vacasa beach front

Great location! The condo walked straight out to the pool with a gate to keep our kids from sneaking in. Easy short walk to the beach. Carpet was old but overall a great deal for location and convenience!

Ok but not Great

Dishes were clean and place just didn’t seem to be very cleaned. Location was great to the beach and the pool and had ample of room for family of 4.

Great Spot!

Nice location for a relaxing weekend getaway. The property is exactly as described. The pool and beach are easy for kids and senior adults to access. Property is clean and spacious. I will be returning 🤗!

Great location!

Rental is great location for pool, beach, can walk to restaurants. Easy drive to boardwalk and shopping . Only one suggestion for property owners...put black out curtains over windows in 2nd bedroom. Light from outside door is like sleeping with light on. Overall great place. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and very clean!

This property was very clean and had a great location. It was the closest condo to the beach in the whole complex. The patio was adjacent to the pool deck, so we were able to watch our kids while they played in the pool. The property showed some signs of wear and tear from previous tenants, but overall it was in good shape and met all our needs.

Right on the beach!

So convenient to the water! I’ve been to the beach a million times and I really enjoyed staying in this first floor condo. You can walk right out to the pool and only a few more steps to the the water. I stayed with just the hubby this time, but there’s room for a couple kiddos too!

Perfect

This was our first experience with this particular property. There was a comfortable amount of space for 5 adults and the condo was super clean. Location was perfect for beach access and private pool area. There was plenty of food and shopping options within a short distance. Overall we all had a great experience and would chose this condo again!

Sea Oats Review

Everything was as advertised! The location was right on the beach, near Publix and places to eat. Only annoyance was that the bedsheets on all our beds kept coming off. Deep pocket sheets would eliminate the annoyance.

Don’t tell anyone else

We love this little property. We’ve stayed in multiple units here. It’s easy to get in and out of the busy thoroughfare. It’s convenient. Close to great pizza. Never crowded. We stayed on the first floor this time for wheelchair access. It was decorated super cute.

Nice getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean. Great location to beach n pool. However, some maintenance needs to be done. Dryer vent needs to be cleaned as well as air vents in bathrooms. Just a little tlc. I have stayed at Sea Oats several times n loved it everytime.

Overall great. Unit was clean and we were pleasantly surprised that the furniture and flooring had been updated since the pictures were taken. Twin beds were good for kids, but probably not comfortable enough for a mature back😬

Family Getaway

This was the perfect location for a relaxing family getaway. The beach was incredible, the pool was very clean, the condo was everything we needed. Arrival and departure to and from the rental were so well-organized and the rental team was easy to contact when we had a small issue. Resolved within an hours, but text replies were received within minutes of reporting the issue. We will absolutely visit Sea Oats again and next time we are bringing a few more families to join us. This is our new favorite part of FL!

Great Stay

Great spot for access to the beach and pool! Not so much for privacy. If looking to see the ocean this is not the spot! You can only see the dune.. Needed new frig but it worked ok and the carpet and bathroom in main room need a good scrub!!!! But great family vac. Loved the location would stay here again but needs good clean and updates

The place needs some love

The Pros: ground floor unit. Easy access to pool and beach. Good location. The Cons: Carpets were filthy. Definitely needs new flooring Twin headboards were not attached to beds. Just leaning up against the wall. The master bath drain and sink drain were very slow to drain. Unit just needed an overall good cleaning. Baseboards were very dirty. Vents were dirty.

Nice location

Good location and pool access. Clean. You can walk to restaurants and put put golf is across the street. Very close to everything. The only problem was the kitchen table only had 2 chairs and the outside patio only has 2 chairs and there were 6 of us. Not enough seating at all or like the picture. The kitchen also isn’t stocked well in regards to cups and plates ect. The fridge leaks all over and needs to be replaced. Also the furniture needs updated as it’s nots comfortable at all and wires hit you on the pullout sofa. But we still had a good time and thank goodness we hung at the pool which had more seating for us than our condo. They should only advertise for 4 people max since that’s all the eating that was there.

Easy Clean Getaway

The apt was clean upon arriving - smelled like it was freshly mopped with Fabuloso. Restrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and living rooms were all tidy and organized. After a day the Fabuloso smell faded and a hint of cigarette smoke hung out in the kid bedroom and entry door way. We're non smokers and DID NOT appreciate it. The dishes we used were dirty, I had to rewash everything we used (pots, pans, dishes, mugs) before use. They either had food stuck or dust. I'd honestly still rewash before using them anyway. I totally appreciated the FULL kitchen and all appliances - cookware - silverware available!!!!!!!!! That REALLY made it easy on me. The stove needs new coils -- they slide out on their own so be mindful of that. Doors: The front door looked broken into and had been semi-repaired (a screw was added to the broken piece of wood that held the lock in place). That made us uneasy since its right next to the kid bedroom. Back slide door is difficult to close/slide shut. It slides open easily but closing it requires a work out. The kids beds desperately need new mattresses. They have a dip in the middle and the squeaky coils stabs your back or butt. TV: was hard to figure out (changing channels). Showers were awesome - strong flow of water every single time. OVERALL: TOTALLY RECOMMEND to a family who needs a hassle-free getaway!!!
