Las unidades ofrecen una cama queen size, baño con bañera de jardín y ducha de pie. La habitación familiar tiene un sofá cama doble con televisor de pantalla plana. We have stayed at Destin West on two different occasions. While we have loved it in the past this unit was much smaller than we expected. It says sleeps 4 but that 4 would be with zero privacy. My family of 3 felt cramped in this unit. The unit was clean, owner was very communicative with us and location was ok but the overall size and the fact that you could hear every car door that was shut, loud engine roaring down the strip and even loud conversations would make me choose other units over this one. Again this is nothing against the owner of the unit as they communicated with us very well and the unit was as described, clean and ready as stated. The complaints are simply with the size of the unit itself and our experience. If you are a couple this may not be a bad unit but to say this sleeps 4 is quite an overstatement.

You get what you pay for with the room/space. It’s exactly what the pictures/description show. Not stocked with much. But the Resort amenities were well worth it. It was a perfect location, with access to both beaches. The pools were perfect. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Would rent again.

Wow... I have never given a bad review at a place i've stayed but it's needed here. The check in process was a nightmare. The directions allow for a 4pm check in. Showed up prior to that and was told we would be called with the code to the door.... That call never came. My wife waited hours and the property owners were no help. We finally received a call from the owners and still no resolution. We did get into the room after 7pm. Lets talk about the quality of the condo. Damaged walls, the floors were heavily soilded stained by the fridge. The bathroom and build up of dirt and grim in the corners. We will never stay here again. Also we have stayed at multiple properties at this resort. Go with the other options!!!! Be Aware!!

Had everything we needed. Was disappointed that the beach rental company took 2 rows of beachfront up so we had to set up behind them because we btought our own setup and didn't want to pay the ridiculous prices.

We enjoyed our stay here. Place was as described. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the lazy river and the private beach access. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Also there was a vacuum which was a nice touch after beach days. Would recommend and would stay again.

Window shutters between bedroom and bathroom is annoying. Pull-out sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and fridge was small and made no ice. Otherwise, a nice space with a good size balcony and cute decor.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The only issue we had was finding the place. Google maps takes you to the Holiday Inn up the road. If you look for the bridge that crosses the street, you check in on the bay side.

Noisey, shower was dirty with mold. Only sheets provided for sleeper sofa, no pillow or blankets . Luckily we had them with us! Overall great place for family

Elevator broken most of week. Hard to get around with coolers and bags with no Elevator!!!!! Our unit was not clean. Missing pillows on bed. Comforter stunk. Pretty sure it hasn't been washed ever. Could not sleep, air unit made a loud noise all the time. Would not stay here!

After checking in we discovered the elevators in the garage were not operating. We were not informed that both buildings had the same #'s only with a letter designating for the building , and our paperwork had no letter. Needles to say we went to the wrong building first. Secondly once at our room the electronic key would not work and we needed to wait for maintenance to open the room. The room itself was as expected. We attempted to use theLazy River but discovered a large group of teens running around using profanity, drinking and jumping from the bridge into the river. Needless to say we were unable to use any of the amenities we paid for. Unfortunately due to the cost of the room and the experience I had, It is unlikely I would stay there again.

Property was very nice and clean. Very comfortable, with nice view off of balcony. Stayed there during the time I officiated my son’s wedding. Convenient to parking garage, with access to Boardwalk (restaurants, beach, shopping, etc.). Would stay there again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to get away. Skybridge acrosss highway to other hotel and lazy river very convenient. Bobby Horner, Waco, Texas
