Loved this condo and the family friendly atmosphere.

Condo was spacious and clean. Management was helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful and we loved our stay.

Great Location

The location is great. White sand beach, clear water and not as crowded as more popular beaches. Restaurants were close as were grocery stores. Condo had comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The master bath needs to be updated and both tubs were slippery so bathing an infant/toddler was hard to do. The patio furniture is okay but at least just gets morning sun. Ocean view from patio was good. We had a really nice time.

Average place to stay

Super dirty floors in the condo, showers were small and the faucet to open water are kinda broken and almost burn my kiddo since it wouldn’t close. The rest of condo was nice but not updated. View is nice, and would never understand why they have the pool in the back instead of looking to the gulf. Pricey for an average not updated condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. The renovations were top tier. The only issues we experienced were our code not working at check-in and the bedroom televisions not having remotes. Our issues were addressed timely and we enjoyed our stay. The beach view was breathtaking! I would suggest changing out the patio furniture because the chairs were not sturdy at all. We will definitely be back to unit 2509 and recommend to anyone thinking of traveling to the area.

Very nice - minor opportunities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very pleased with the accommodations and I would stay at the property and in this unit again. There were a few minor things that I bring up only as an opportunity to make things better, not as a complaint. Cleaning - when we arrived, there was a little sand on the kitchen counter, a plastic top from a product behind the door in the guest bath, and some paper behind the bed in the master. My wife indicated that her pillow smelled like it had been used, plus the pillow shams in the master had a smell. Electronics-The wires on the tv in the guest bedroom look really bad hanging down from the tv. I didn't get a chance to use it, so I don't know if it worked or not. The TV in the living room worked fine, I would recommend getting streaming device since most people do that these days (firestick or other).Patio furniture - would recommend upgrading to something nicer than PVC pipe furniture, but it was functional. One of the chairs did come loose and needs to be fixed.To summarize my experience; my wife and I arrived about 10am in the morning based on the flight we had. I knew checkin wasn't until 4pm, but stopped by to see if by chance we could check in earlier. Unfortunately the unit wasn't available, but the staff took my information and said they would let me know when it was ready. They did send me a text about 230 and we got in fine. In the meantime they let us know that the rest of the property was available if we wanted to use it.Once we got in the unit, all was well, with the exception of the things I already mentioned.Our stay was enjoyable and as mentioned, I would stay again and would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was really convenient and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I just had a few issues with the room itself. It was newly updated which we loved but we found several dead bugs in the kitchen cabinets and the sliding glass doors in the master bath were just awful. One side you had to pick up and slide to get out of the shower. Our keypad stopped working but the staff was excellent in getting a key made right away.

Not only was the location perfect for the beach, but the condo itself was very comfortable and clean. I was hesitant to travel with 3 small kids and COVID still lingering about, but this unit was just so perfect!!!
