Check in was super easy. When we pulled into the parking lot we noticed immediately that the outside wasn’t well maintained. We knew when booking it was a 3rd floor property. The steps up were a bit uneven and few were wobbly. The inside had sticky spots across the floor, (we are a shoes off at the door family so it was very noticeable). We found several wrappers under beds, some dried up food under a chair. There was the tiniest dish soap provided and somehow prior to our stay one had been dropped down the disposal so I spent some time pulling that and the lid that had broken into numerous pieces out of the disposal. The back door didn’t lock but the only way to the balcony would be a ladder. The bathroom and bedding were clean. The space was cozy, my family of 4 had room to spread out. It was nice having a washer/dryer and a beach cart. The location was great! Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants.
