Loved staying at this condo. It was exactly like the pictures and was very clean and updated. The check in and out process was smooth, and the support staff was quick to text back if I had any questions, which was very helpful!

My family has stayed at this building over the years. This is our first time in this condo. The check in was easy, the communication was great. The place was clean. Location only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 2 dishwasher pods. Be sure to bring extras of those items with you as our family of 6 had to replenish. Also as stated this location doesn’t provide beach items for free, but will deliver items to you. Although we did not request that service. Staying on this side is worth it for the pool. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach but the overpass bridge makes it super simple. If you have small kids bring your wagon. It’s not bad at all. We had a great time and appreciate the communication and service! We would stay here again!

Great Views, Well Kept

We loved staying here. It was a great location, although traffic was rough during the day and around dinner time. The place itself needed a good deep clean in my opinion. Everything was clean in general but some areas clearly just get a quick wipe and reset. Comfortably fit our family and loved the pool area for our daughter. I will say the walk to the beach is deceiving and if you have stuff with you it is long and ROUGH on a hot summer day. Doesn’t look far on the map but once you cross the sky bridge you have to walk through the entire complex on the other side and then down a walkway and a decent distance in the sand to get passed the rental umbrellas.

Family Trip

Our second trip to this property but our first time in this unit. The unit as very spacious. We only had 4 people but there was plenty of room for more! The condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Proximity to the elevator and parking area was great for my elderly mother as well. We love the Destin West condos as there is a great pool and lazy river (bring a cup with a lid for the pool area as security is STRICT on that). The kids love going out to the bay area to look for crabs and fish. We had a large group overal (35 in other units throughout the property) and everyone enjoyed and had a great time!

Perfect getaway

Property was clean and just as described and pictured! The condo is nice and spacious and has plenty of amenities available. The bayside pool and lazy river was definitely a selling point for us! It is quite the walk to the other side to get to the beach however. There was one instance where i needed assistance, and was answered on the first call. It was handled quickly and much appreciated Will definitely consider this place again for future trips!

We had the perfect view over the lazy river & pool! Getting in contact with the owners was easy & fast responses! Clean, roomy nice condo! I would definitely book again in the future! They even had puzzles & legos for the kids to stay entertained when we were at the pool or beach. 😄

Book Immediately!

From the luxurious feel of a resort to the personal touches that made it feel like home, this stay was perfection. The huge tub after a long day at the beach was a perfect way to unwind. Everything was clean and the property owner was easy to get in touch with when we needed. We stay in Destin yearly and this location was more than accommodating to our family of 4 (with two under 4) and our two friends. Parking was always available and so close to the door. The resorts amenities were spotless and I even saw staff cleaning daily. Clean pools, walkways, elevators etc I never saw a scrap of trash. The beaches were a bit crowded but that was expected we just scooted our set up down a bit and weren’t bothered in the slightest. Beautiful resort, helpful and attentive staff, all and all the perfect vacation spot! Will be rebooking! 100%

I love the place & location except the except the floor & area rug was very dirty

I really enjoyed my stay even though the weather was not perfect that prevented us from going swimming at the beach but the outside Jacuzzi and Lazy River made me and my friends stay so worthy still. I will definitely come back to stay this place again soon the only thing I can complain is that the floor are area rug was so dirty that it makes your feet black after a few hours of walking barefoot so please don’t forget to clean the whole place including floors, other than that everything was great. The surrounding was clean and the view was gorgeous specially at night, and staffs was very nice and friendly so I will definitely would stay in this place again next. Thank you

Fall break 2022

This place was great ! One of out favorite vacation to date. We are already talking about going back next year. Resort and room were both great. May look at staying on gulf side next year although the walk was not bad at all from bay side.

Awesome stay for our family! You have the beach, restaurants, pier,and shopping, just a short walk away. My only complaint was the cutlery was bad and no Tupperware for storing leftovers. Those are very small things. We will definitely be back!

Nice Condo- lazy river is great

We recently stayed in this unit and enjoyed our visit. Great location to lazy river and it had a good view of the intercostal waterway. Unit was clean and all beds were comfortable. Bath towels were also provided during our stay. Property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun for the whole family

Great location. My family had an awesome time. The pool & lazy river was nice! The only thing that could have been better is swap the bunk beds with the double bed. We had a total of 3 couples and 2 small kids. With the bunk bed room, no one was able to sleep in there; instead one couple slept on the couch. Overall, it was a great place and we hope to be back soon.
