Spacious condo with a great location

We loved our stay at this condo! Nicely decorated and had a great layout. Location was great as were the views from the large patio! Pool was a nice bonus as it was very large with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. I’ll stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway Spot

This property was absolutely perfect!! The check in and check out process was super easy!! The condo was extremely clean and has the best view. We love Fort Walton because it seems less crowded and the beach is really clean. We also loved having access to the pool since 2 of the 3 days that we were there we weren't able to get into the ocean because of hazardous conditions. Also everyone there was super friendly!! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be booking again next year!!

Minor Issues

The only issues were that the kitchen lighting was awkward for cooking. The dining table and chairs had loose legs. Both issues were easily lived with. We had a great stay!

Great View!!!

Condo was great!! Kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. Could use a new coffee pot but was useable. Great view of the Gulf & my family watched dolphins & sting rays every morning.

Spring Break

My stay was great! I had an issue with washer. I couldn't wash my things because it was flooding the downstairs condo. Tried calling later that day for an update but no answer. Other than that it was a good stay. I would book again.

Celebrating 81st Birthday

My mother has always loved the sugar sand of the beaches of Ft Walton and it's surrounding area. We fell in love with the Islander units last year and are making it an annual trip. This year we had 3 generations of women celebrating this lovely lady on her 81st. The friendly staff made this an extra special time for us all. Thank you!

Beaches are gorgeous, condo was convenient!

March 2021 Stay— We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and comfortable. The beaches are gorgeous and just what we were hoping for. The condo was convenient, comfortable and met our needs. The condo is small but well laid out and perfect for the 3 of us. Due to Covid we ate several meals at the condo and the kitchen was well supplied although many of the dishes had not been used or cleaned in sometime so I ran several load of dishes through the washer before using. We also very much appreciated having laundry machines available, two bathrooms and a wonderful balcony with comfortable furniture! We spent many hours on the balcony! And being on the top floor (7th) gave us an incredible view!! They were doing some exterior building maintenance in common areas and it was a much needed improvement project. Overall this property was already completed so it had little impact on us which we were grateful. I will say, prior to arriving once I learned of this project I reached out to the management company 3 times about the status of the maintenance in relation to this property and they never answered my specific questions, they only repeatedly said the property was available. That was disappointing and frustrating and left an unnecessary concern with us. I would recommend that the management company respond more quickly, and answer the specific questions being asked rather than giving generic unhelpful responses. I hope my comments do not reflect poorly on this owner as their condo was a very good getaway for us. Overall, I would recommend this condo.

Quick Visit

We had a quick stop at The Islander before meeting family in PCB for vacation. The location was spectacular, very clean, comfy beds, and beautiful view. They are currently remodeling the property so it was a little noisy at times but they have a job to do so that wasn't an issue for us. We will definitely visit again!
