Este hermoso Summer Place Resort condominio cuenta con todo lo necesario. Situado junto al Waterscape Resort en Okaloosa Island, en Fort Walton Beach, estará minutos del Crab Trap, muelle de pesca, y todas las atracciones en Destin. Esto, 2 unidad de ba��o 2 dormitorio se completa con una vista directa al mar desde el dormitorio y los balcones de las habitaciones de estar.

El dormitorio principal se completa con una lujosa cama king size, TV y baño principal privado. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama Queen. También se incluye una zona de bonificación litera. La cocina está totalmente equipada ... acaba de llegar a la comida. El balcón del quinto piso se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal.

Nice place easy access to beach

10/10 would stay again. Good place for children and the family. Nice heated pools and hot tub with gated parking as well. Nice big balcony’s with lots of room with a nice beautiful view of the ocean

Great place to stay!

This property was exactly like it said. very clean, great location and the best views. Stayed here with my grown married kids and two grandsons that are under 2 years old.

Great Stay

Clean, right on the beach, great balcony, big pools. Just as described. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old and had plenty of room.

Great place for families

Just finished our spring break for our family and had a blast. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. The floors were a little dirty (our kids feet got blackish when walking barefoot inside) but nothing too bad. The kids used some boogie boards and toy shovels to play in the sand so that was a nice addition. Would definately boom again!

Perfect for the family!!!!!

What a gorgeous condo. We were impressed with this condo from the very beginning. We can't say enough wonderful things about the condo itself. This unit is well decorated and very spacious. Everything we could ever need for a great beach vacation. The condo was very clean. We felt right at home. The view is absolutely perfect from the balcony, enjoyed breakfast out there every morning. I would recommend this unit to my family and friends. We will be coming back in September to this unit.

This time the pool was cleaned one time in a while week. There was trash floating in it for days. And the night time office guy was SO RUDE! He was playing his Nintendo switch his entire shift and if you interrupted him for help he treated you like complete ****!

We Love Summer Place

We try to stay at Summer Place complex is small. This is properly one of the best units we have stayed at in a while. A few issues where the master bed is terrible along with all the pillows in the are flat. Not one blanket in unit. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired cookware, bowls etc. I probably could have call management and gotten everything taken care of but didn't that is on me This really a great unit. I highly recommend. We will request this unit again,

Beautiful condo and view

Condo was very pretty and clean. There was a few minor issues. The door to the bathroom does not lock, the master bed is firm, and the back balcony needs the light fixture fixed. Those were 2 minor issues compared to how clean and nice it was. It was very welcoming. I love the guest book and collection of shells where guests can write their name and date that they stayed. Spacious and plenty of room for sleeping. Satellite and Netflix. Short walk across the road to cashs for ice or to eat. Even a short walk to the fishing/walking pier to see marine life. Enjoyed time with our family at Summer Place 504.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at this condo very much. Hopefully the bathrooms will be updated before our next snowbird visit ! We would really like to have one walk-in shower and a lazy boy type recliner chair added to this condo ! It is a real bonus to have a heated pool for aquafit exercises . The pool heater was broken for several days during our stay but the staff were very prompt in trying to repair it !

Our Go-To Vacation Spot, But Could Use Some TLC

Reviewer Comments: Always awesome to visit FWB and stay in Summer Place with direct views to the water and beach from balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, and MB. Price is reasonable. Access to/from beach is so nice if you need to go to condo for lunch, restroom, mtg, etc.The only complaints are that MB door lock has been broken for 7 years and never fixed, even though owner has been notified. Also, kitchen dishes, pots/ pans, glasses, etc. are always a crapshoot, but Legacy is good about providing missing items, if asked. Oh yeah, living room couch is old and SO uncomfortable! But all-in-all, these minor complaints are far outweighed by positives.Seems like more fees are being tacked on by Legacy?

All 41 Stewart’s had a FUN a time!Condo 504 needs some cookie sheets.Condo 204 needs a couple more chairs on the deck & maybe a table.
