  • This beachfront two bedroom/two bathroom condo is located on the top floor of Emerald Isle Condominiums providing you with the best views of the sunsets and sunrises! Emerald Isle sits directly on the gulf with no roads to cross to enjoy the beach. Simply take an elevator ride down to the first floor and walk past the relaxing gulf side pool on your way to the beach!

    This amazing renovated condo offers phenomenal views from each side of the unit. Stepping onto your private balcony, facing the gulf of Mexico, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the white sandy beaches and emerald colored water. From the kitchen, you have views of the bay and downtown Walton.

    There is one master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and access to the balcony for your morning coffee. The master has a wonderful bath attached to it with a walk in shower with a rainfall shower head and dual bowl sink. The second bedroom holds two full beds and a full wall closet. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and WI-FI access. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and utensils, including a Keurig, that you would need to cook a family dinner or a quick breakfast before hitting the beach and relaxing your day away!
    A beach setup to include two chairs and an umbrella is available to each guest courtesy of booking with us. Relax your days away and create memories in this beautiful getaway home! The beach is a mere 500 feet away 😁

We enjoyed our stay at the property! Very spacious rooms with a big living room and balcony. Steps from the beach and pool. Great location. Close to Stewbys famous seafood restaurant along with mini golf, go carts, etc. Definitely a great place for family!

Condo was perfect for a family vacation. Beds were great. Balcony view was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking and serving. The area was great, not over crowded. Beach access was super easy. Pool was well maintained.

Perfect Condo on the Beach

This really is the perfect place for our family of 4. Clean, spacious, comfy, with a great view and easy walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, but on a fairly quiet street. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Great spot for the family

This is a really nice condo right on the beach and a short drive from great food and entertainment. It is well-appointed with pretty much all you’ll need. We were very satisfied with our stay here!

Weekend getaway.

Such a nice, cute condo in a perfect location! Right on the beach. Never stayed in Okaloosa Island but I loved how lowkey and not super busy it was, while still being so close to all the action! Would definitely stay again.

Great Time, Great Location

6 day stay with family. Loved that the beach was only a 2min walk from condo to beach. Clean condo, newer decor and appliances. Would stay again absolutely!

Family vacation.

This was a very nice condo. It was very clean. Had everything we needed. Had a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. Close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect! Location was great! Condo was everything we could have asked for! Would recommend a regular coffee maker and a few basic staple items. We would definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean and nicely decorated with plenty of accommodations to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The property was quiet and well maintained. The pool offered a great break from the sand and waves when needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a very nice, clean, condo. Pool was nice and the beach was right there. Beach service was an awesome addition. Parking was a little tight, but that was the only downfall I saw. I would stay here again.

Family vacation 2023

We have stayed in the same condo the past 7 years in Destin but due to the owner selling it we had to find a new place this year and decided to stay in the Fort Walton area this time. The condo was beautiful and the owner was great with communication. Loved that the beach wasn’t as crowded in this area. We had a great trip making memories and look forward to next year!

Great vacation spot!

The condo looked just like the pictures. Very nicely decorated. You could see the view of the bay from the front door and the balcony was the beach view!! The bathrooms were very nice. The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the showers. But overall this place was great! Owner was very informative and responsive.

Great Location

This is our 2nd time staying here and we still loved it! The location is great and we love that it includes the beach chairs and umbrella. The ONLY thing we would have to say we preferred last year over this year, and it’s really not a “negative” but last year our favorite part of the trip was sitting outside on the patio to drink coffee and eat breakfast, but this year the furniture outside was different and with only the 3 sitting options our lone 4th didn’t have a place to sit. Other than this great place to stay and we hope to be back!
