Our cute and coastal condo is located in quaint Okaloosa Island, Florida. We fell in love with it because it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation:

This condo is in a low rise condo building with the entrance on the 2nd floor - there is 1 unit below you and none above! It is 3 stories tall including the loft space. When you enter, you'll see an open floor plan and plenty of space for entertaining that leads you directly out to the beautiful back porch view of the sound. There is a TV provided with basic cable + streaming services in the living room.

Sleeping Arrangements:
2nd floor: Master bedroom with a queen bed, tv (streaming services), private bathroom with dual vanity and shower, porch (Imagine waking up to that view with a book and a cup of coffee in your hand!)

3rd floor: Lofted ceilings, 2 double beds, tv (streaming services), AC unit, and a half bath

Beach Access: There are several beach access points nearby. The closest ones within walking distance are Blue Dolphin Boardwalk (1st Beach Park) or Okaloosa Island Beach Access Two! Simply walk down Bluefish Dr., take a left on Santa Rosa Blvd., and cross the street at Beach Park Dr. Travel Distance: .3 miles | Travel Time: 5 minute walk

Community Pool: You will have full access to the pool during your stay (note: it is not heated). It is located right across the street (behind the other building).

Community Dock: You will have access to the dock during your stay. You'll see it from your back porches! It is located to the right of our building. It’s a lovely place to watch the sunset, fish, kayak or paddleboard.

Boating FAQs:
If you wish to bring your boat or watercraft, here are some host recommendations to make things easier for you! (Please note: You will take full responsibility for your own boating experience/equipment.)
-There is a boat ramp 1 mile away located in Ross Marler Park (1275 Santa Rosa Blvd.)
-We do not have a boat trailer parking spot in the complex so you will need to reserve secure boat trailer parking to keep your boat/trailer overnight. Adventure Park or Brooks Bridge are both less than 1 mile away and have daily rates available.
-You are allowed to pull up the west end of our community dock for up to 30 mins for loading/unloading.
