Excellent stay! The house is lovely and in a cute quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything we needed. It was was clean, well appointed and felt practically brand new. The office space was a great bonus to have as I was able to work remotely in a dedicated space while we were here. The host was very prompt in responding to questions.The house does have a few small quirks- the light switches for the kitchen and living room are a bit hidden and hard to reach - it took us a little while to find them. The only suggestions I have are that the living room could benefit from either a floor lamp or side tables with lamps as the lighting on its own in there wasn’t the best. I would also suggest either a hand rail or some other anti slip for the shower in the master bath as the shower floor was extremely slippery. Overall we loved the property and location and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

I can't say how happy we were with this property and hosts.Amazingly cozy in a great neighborhood. Clean house with a nice yard.My son forgot his messi soccer jersey and the host mailed it to us.Would recommend 100 out of 100 times!!

Beautiful!

Beautiful, spacious house tucked away in a beautiful, well maintained neighborhood. The lay-out of the house had a great common area in the kitchen and family room for gathering, while providing quiet, private space in the bedrooms. Would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful weekend stay

The house was as advertised. New, clean and in a perfect little subdivision off the main roads. Check in and out was simple. Everything we needed was in the home. Booked on Tuesday for the upcoming weekend and it was a seamless process. Will definitely book again next time in town visiting family.

This is our second stay at this home and it remains one of the cleanest, most spacious and accessible VRBO's we've visited. A minor, unforeseen mechanical issue arose at entry time and the Host quickly resolved the matter without complication; a much appreciated solution made with ease!

It was a wonderful stay for a quiet stay for a work trip. Location was nice you will have a little drive with traffic to food locations. The route back to the house is a little tedious for a week long stay however once you are there the house is worth the wait.

Amazing house

We had a group of 5 adults staying for a competition at the Allen County war coliseum. It was about a 20 min drive to the venue. The house was extremely clean - spotless. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a very nice family neighborhood. We had absolutely no issues or complaints. An outside grill would have been an added bonus as we cooked all meals at the house. Very nice kitchen!! Communication with the owner was excellent. 100% would stay here again and our group is quite particular about the houses we rent! Thank you for the great Vrbo option.

Graduation Week

Overall this property was as advertised and well accommodated. The living quarters were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the back yard had some privacy and the patio furniture was very comfortable. One maintenance issue of note is to check the water pressure in the master en suite. There was little to no pressure during our stay. Three recommendations I would have: 1 Provide a coffee pot. While the single serve Keurig was find for this stay, if larger groups will be staying this could be difficult. 2. Purchase a toaster. We found the toaster oven, but it is bulky and can be difficult to use. A toaster would provide ease of use and is universal. 3. Consider having a Netflix account for the house. We were not comfortable entering personal account information and Netflix is changing their policy. Overall I would recommend this property and if need to stay in Ft Wayne again check for availability. Thank you.
