I would NOT recommend staying at this listing. We booked this property for 6 nights and ended up leaving after 3 due to unlivable conditions. The water stopped working (I.e. no running water anywhere in the house) on a Friday night and the management company told us they couldn’t send someone out to fix it until Monday. Prior to the water not working, there was no hot water in any shower. We immediately reported this issue to the management company and were told someone would be out to fix it “asap.” No one ever showed up. Additionally, the refrigerator in the kitchen was not functioning properly. We became aware of this several hours after we stocked it full of food. The food was all room temperature and had to be discarded. My family and I have stayed at numerous short-term rental properties and have never had an experience this egregious. My extended family and I were in town for a wedding and were planning on using the home as a place to spend time together between events. We will never get the precious family time together back. We were offered no help from the management company or VRBO as we all had to cobble together alternate accommodations. If you’re looking for a hot shower, flushable toilets, and a place to put your perishable food, keep on looking!
