“The B&B is pristine and very neat and tidy. We were upstairs and had to learn that the roof was low and sloped! The noise could be heard clearly from the room below. When we booked we must've nissed the small print! We paid a lot of money and expected a B&B to include breakfast. We would've had to pay extra had we wanted any!! In our humble opinion it was not worth the huge sum we had to pay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Ashburn guest house. The property was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower pressure was really good, nice for a shower after a long hike! Walking distance to town with nice view too. Hayley was really friendly and helpful, she packed us a really nice breakfast for our early morning hike on our first morning there, which was thoughtful of her. Only thing that could be improved on would be for the sitting in breakfast, it would be best if hot...

“Fabulous accommodation. Just 3 rooms let by Lucy and James, who own the local brewery also. Great breakfast cooked to order and rooms are well decorated. Lcuy sells her art at the house if you are interested in Scottish landscapes in watercolour, and some oil. Very quiet, blackout curtains, comfy medium mattress and good pillow selection. Highly recommend and would stay again.”
