5 stars all around! Stayed at the Industrial Lofts inside the Kress Building and had an awesome experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. Everything was walkable with great restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife right outside the door. Perfect spot for a downtown Fort Worth stay!

Great stay!

Great location for my husband’s birthday weekend. So close to many restaurants in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Place was clean, beds were comfy and was just as pictured. We would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful apartment. During the day, it’s a beautiful, sweet city street with coffee shops, hotels, and trendy restaurants. Late at night, however… the street definitely finds its personality. Bars stay open, and there are plenty of nuisance noises—loud cars driving by with music blasting, revving engines, parties spilling out of bars, and people enthusiastically announcing their exit to the entire neighborhood. This goes on until well after 2:00 in the morning (the city that never sleeps… or at least not this block). That said, with a security code to get in, another for the elevator and stairway, and one more for the front door, I felt very secure—like I was unlocking levels in a video game just to get to bed. Being on the top floor helped, and despite the noise outside, I didn’t feel unsafe at all. I stayed by myself and felt completely comfortable inside. The apartment itself was well maintained with a cool, modern feel. The kitchen was great, and the bed was ultra soft—honestly, hard to leave in the morning. I did try the sound machine on the nightstand one night, and it seemed to help… although the water sounds had me waking up a few times for, well, obvious reasons.

Prefect spot in downtown FW.

We had a great stay. All amenities were great and communication was prompt and helpful. We were very thankful to celebrate our 19th anniversary in a place where all that was advertised was true. Such a blessing.

Fun place to stay in downtown Fort Worth

We enjoyed our stay in this unique loft! Convenient location in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. There was a bit of street noise in the evenings but the sound machines provided by the host helped to drown it out. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! We would stay here again!

Charming Loft

This was our second stay here and we will be back! Our daughter is going to TCU and the location is perfect at only 8 minutes from campus. We love the charm of downtown Fort Worth and being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The loft is clean, fully stocked kitchen and the bed is so comfortable. You will be so happy with your stay here!

Heart of downtown

Excellent place to stay. Host was available and very responsive. Great location just a few blocks from everything downtown. Friday and Saturday nights can be loud down on the street, but hey that’s the city; bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Garage parking pass is a must. 10/10 would stay again.

Sundance Square Greatness

Right in the middle Sundance square, this spot couldn’t be better for a Ft. Worth getaway. Walk everywhere, Uber to the stockyards, it’s great and easy to get around. Apartment has everything you need, very clean and comfortable. Super easy process.

Awesome spot!

The listing did say early check in could be requested. We did ask ahead of time when we booked the property but we weren’t able to, which was tricky because we were driving in from Wyoming. But, the property manager was great with communication and the property was very cute and clean! Great location
