  • Recently renovated comfortable two bedroom cottage with a spacious garden with views of the sea and a sandy beach which is less than a minutes walk away. Watch out for the wild water swimmers every morning. Rosemarkie Golf course is five minutes walk away.

    The Boathouse has a brand new contemporary kitchen, sofas, beds, decor and soft furnishings.

    Peaceful relaxing area on the edge of Rosemarkie with its local amenities, cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. Beautiful walk along the beach to Chanonry Lighthouse where the dolphins can be spotted daily as they swim up and down the Moray Firth.

    All the amenities of the city of Inverness are only 20 minutes drive away with shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre and tourist attractions nearby e.g. Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle, local Distilleries, Culloden Battlefield and much more.

    The stunning west Coast of Scotland, the North Coast 500 and world famous golf courses and fishing are all easily accessible from the Black Isle.

The Boathouse is a family favourite! So close to the beach and just a nice size for 3 or 4. Always clean and cosy and the owner is very responsive.

Beautiful Seaside Cottage

Wonderful stay in an adorable little cottage right by the beach and a short walk from town. Loved it and hope to go back sometime soon!

Lovely cottage right by the sea, nicely furnished, Carol has thought of everything, a home from home. Some nice Scottish treats await your arrival. Clean and comfortable. Bigger than the photos make it look. We had a peaceful week.

Comme sur les photos et la description, avec la propreté en plus. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la Boathouse. Un très bon endroit pour, comme nous, découvrir les Highlands. Et puis ... les dauphins sont réellement là, au bout de la plage.

A great location

The situation of the Boathouse is convenient for the sea and countryside walks. Everything we needed was provided and it's a cosy and comfortable place to stay.

Großzügiges und ansprechend eingerichtetes cottage am Meer. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Gegend rund um Rosemarkie lädt zu Wanderungen ein und, wenn das Wetter mitspielt, auch zum Baden am Strand.
