The home was misrepresented as a 2 bedroom property. The 2nd bedroom was a couch in the area where you entered the home. We didn’t stay at the property because on the night that we arrived. We were unable to locate the address. The owner tried to help us locate the property but gave us misinformation on the address. So we spent the night in our car. When we finally located the property, it was flooded with water and unsafe for us to stay. We left after doing a video call with the owner and informing him that we did not feel safe staying at the home. We have been trying to contact VRBO but cannot get a customer service representative to communicate with us. The virtual agent continues to give a response over and over that does not address our concerns.
