“This cabin was precious; it was nestled in the woods on a beautiful piece of land. Morning coffee on the private back porch included the sound of many different birds, a rushing creek and a visit from two wandering female deer. Very peaceful and serene!”

“ The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again.”

“To start, the check in/out instructions David sends prior to arriving are extremely helpful and well written to find the location of the cabin! It’s truly the perfect spot for a weekend (or week) to disconnect. The view was breathtaking. The house was extremely clean and smelled like a log cabin. I loved how roomy the loft was as I’m usually not able to sit up in bed without hitting my head (I’m 5’8”). For a tiny house, everything felt roomier. “This property is cozy and a good size. I’d say for two is just right even though there are more beds than one. I was pleasantly surprised by variety of cookware and the hot tub was in working order, towels and linens were nice and the water got nice and hot. ”

“The stay was relaxing and tucked away up on the top of the mountain. Everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the warm welcome with a bottle of wine & chocolate. The deck was my favorite part, plenty of room and comfortable patio furniture, our puppy loved the plush woods and the small trail to a picnic area. You definitely need a vehicle to climb ruff terrain, steep hills, and sharp turns. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, thank you Matt and Chris!”
