The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. “We greatly enjoyed our time at this house close to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana The view from the house and the pool is absolutely amazing. The house is spacious and beautifully remodeled. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. We went for day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Isola Santa Lake. Returning back to the house in the afternoon to relax at the pool and enjoying the view felt like special treat. Hope we can return one day.”

She arranged for dependable drivers and an outstanding cook and provided advice and recommendations on restaurants, trips, etc. The Host quickly responded to problems and questions personally. “Très belle villa bien entretenue, propriétaires soucieux de l'accueil, sont venus tous les matins pour nettoyer le jardin et prendre les poubelles. Point négatif de principe le chichi à la fin du séjour de retenir 10€ sur la caution pour le café que nous avions bu... Sinon les chambres sont bien, les lits simples sont en enfilade des chambres à lit double. Le jardin est top, et la piscine très agréable. Je recommande le séjour et j'ai trouvé le prix de la location honnête”

He left us his wonderful house, which is just as beautiful as in the pictures, in Monterosso - by the way the most attractive of the Cinque Terre. We appreciated most that everything you may need is available in the house. We arrived by car and were greatful for the included parking. During our stay, we used the train or boat for travelling.
