Holiday Home with Garden in the Heart of Fouesnant and Close to the Beaches
Welcome to our charming holiday home located in the heart of Fouesnant, ideal for a summer stay with family or friends. With a capacity of 10 beds, this bright south-facing house offers an idyllic setting close to the beaches.

My Accommodation:
Garden and Playgrounds: Enjoy a spacious garden with swing and trampoline to entertain the little ones. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the Breton sun.

Two outdoor areas: A wooden terrace with views from the kitchen and dining room, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, as well as a stone terrace with barbecue and garden table for convivial moments.

Interior Spaces: The house includes a large living room with TV, sofas, bar area and wood stove. The kitchen is functional and well equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. The dining room is adjoined to the kitchen and separated by a glass roof.

Comfortable Rooms: Upstairs, five bedrooms offer various bed configurations, including a bedroom specially designed for children with two single beds (1 bed 140*190 + 1 bed 140*200 + 1 queen size bed 160*200 + 2 beds 90*190 and a chest bed 90*200 or 180*200). Two desks are also available on the landing offering a space conducive to work or relaxation

Equipment: Orange Fibre. Enjoy comfort with Wi-Fi throughout the house, Ethernet sockets in each room and on the landing for a stable connection. A bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet, as well as an additional toilet on the first floor.

The cellar houses a washing machine and dryer.

For the enjoyment of the youngest members of your family, the accommodations are equipped with a selection of board games, comics, an Xbox 360 game console, as well as Netflix and Prime video subscriptions with a home cinema sound system. Two high chairs and two travel cots are also available for the little guests

Feline Companions:

Two very sociable cats, Inizi and Eliot, reside in the house all year round. Although they can visit you, they have their own spaces in the garden or in the garage.

- The house is adjoining an apartment, with no impact on privacy. The Garden is private to you. no common areas.
- I personally take care of the reception and am available as a host to accompany you throughout your stay. The linen, provided at no extra charge by a laundry, includes sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, as well as a bath towel and a hand towel per person."

HOUSE RULES OF THE VACATION RENTAL Introduction The rented property is equipped to meet your needs during your holiday, including furniture, bedding, crockery, bed linen and towels. Arrival and Departure The rental will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please contact the owners to arrange the collection of the keys and the visit of the premises. Please let us know in advance if you arrive after 9pm. The accommodation must be returned before 10am on the day of departure. Number of Tenants and Visitors Respect the number of holidaymakers specified in the contract. Ask for prior agreement to receive visitors. Guests not included in the booking cannot sleep on site at no extra charge. Quiet Hours and Respect for the Neighbourhood Limit noise between 10pm and 9am so as not to disturb the neighbourhood. Parties and Events Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Professional uses and commercial filming are strictly prohibited. Use of the premises and respect for the equipment Respect the premises and make good use of the equipment. Do not move the furniture. The wifi password is confidential, do not communicate it to outsiders. Inform the owners in case of accident or breakage before departure. General Safety Instructions Close the rental properly in your absence. Do not leave household appliances on. Supervision of young children is required. Smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are available. Non-smoking accommodation Smoking or vaping is strictly forbidden inside. Use the ashtray outside and do not leave cigarette butts in the garden. Pets Pets are not allowed.Household Waste Management Use the recycling bins in the kitchen. Place the appropriate bins at the bottom of the house for collection. Outdoor areas Use the barbecue in accordance with safety measures. Clean the barbecue after use. Outdoor games, barbecue and wood stove require adult supervision. Wood is not provided. Extra if needed. The use of the wood stove requires a mandatory demonstration by the host. The owners are not responsible for accidents related to their misuse. Penalties in Case of Violation In case of non-compliance with the regulations, the owners can: Terminate the contract with loss of the security deposit. Request replacement or reimbursement for damaged items. Charge for additional cleaning hours if minimum hygiene standards are not met.
