On your arrival, you'll be greeted by La Conciergerie Immobilière Rochefort Océan et Fouras, who will show you around the house, hand over the keys, give you all the useful and tourist information you need and assist you if necessary during your stay.

- a MANDATORY HOUSEHOLD DEPOSIT OF €70(cheque not cashed and returned on departure after verification) will be requested on arrival.or- you have the option of TAKING THE 70 € HOUSEHOLD PACKAGE from the Conciergerie.
